Hi I was wondering if you will ever get all your trailers and promos back! If you need help, I can provide it somehow!
Just letting you know that a volume of the Sega Saturn Video Magazine from early 1996 has been found online, which includes a report on the official unveiling of NiGHTS in Japan plus a Game Insider interview with Yuji Naka, Naoto Ohshima and Takashi Iizuka! Unfortunately, it's not subtitled, though I'm sure somebody will be able to help on that front. Anyway, here's the all-important link you'll need:

Hopefully someone can download this and make it more widely available – I'd certainly love to know how videos can be ripped from Nico Nico Douga as there are some other great Saturn related clips on there I'm looking to preserve (hint, hint)…
