I have so many good dreams. I can't decide beteween them... I like even my nightmares! XD Dreaming is a wonderful thing.
But my fave, I think, was a short one.
I was in my house, in the second floor, and I was LUCiD ("My" maren - I usually call her Lucid x_x). I look to the sides and I see Jackle, NiGHTS and Reala. Suddently Jackle and Reala start making fun of NiGHTS, and man, I laugh. A lot! And start poking fun of him/her too. I laughed a lot in that dream, and I was really happy. Then NiGHTS start making fun of Jackle. And they start arguing. And me and Reala are laughing (and choking) so much that we had to leave the place.
I woke up laughing.
Why was it special to you?
It was a REALLY happy dream. And I LIKE happy dreams. I usually have some strange nightmares, but this was so light-hearted and fun. Me, Jackle, NiGHTS and Reala were friends. Great dream.
How long did it last roughly?
I don't remember, it was really short.
Were you lucid?
Lotsa.
Did parts of it confuse you?
The reason why Reala and Jackle started making fun of NiGHTS. BUT, who cares, it was fun *Runs*
If you could see it again would you want to and why?
Yep. I need to laugh. Usually I don't laugh much, so I need something to make me happy.

Hi everyone!
Here's Metra (Also known as Metra-San... Finnally got rid of that -San in my nick...). My name is Cláudia Vasconcellos and I live in Brazil, where I was born. And I am 13 years young. My English is a bit crappy but I hope you can understand me well. I didn't had time (Nor skillz) to post in the old forums, tough I registered myself, so many of you will not know who I am.
I know NiGHTS since... Uh... *Counts in fingers* I think since 6 or 7 years ago, when I first saw the game in my cousin's Sega Saturn. I was really young at the time, so I didn't remembered NiGHTS 'til 2004, but I didn't pay much attention to it. FINNALLY in 2006 I got to the .com and WOW! Fan again.
I'm an artist, a writer (I was writing a book in Portuguese, but it's currently in hiatus) and uh.... A student. High school. It's hard.
I have a Deviantart (Metra's Deviant with that -San grr), where I put almost all of my art. I have some sketches and unfinished works, but they'll never get to see the day's light. D:
I think it's it. I hope I can make good friends here, like I did on the Oekaki.

I had a lot of nightmares that still freaks me out.
The worsts are when something is trying to catch and kill you. And when you're sweating in reality, or it's hot, the dream is worse.
But the worst dream I ever had, I think, was one that starts in my school, or a dream-version of it. We are playing outside of it, then suddently some teachers and the principal appear and order to us to get inside of the school, and FAST. I looked around and I saw a suspicious man in a dark and red clothing, climbing the walls, just like Spiderman. But I feared him and got into school.
There, everything was white... There was powder everywhere. I saw dead bodies of my friends in the floor, and a teacher said that the powder was an anthrax-like virus and that we would all die if we don't get to the last floor fast. I put my shirt in my mouth and nose and run trough the stairs. But the stairs, look like they'll never end. I remember climbing the stairs with my friend that has problems in the legs, so he couldn't go any further and died there. It was a terrible vision. He was first coughing blood, then vomited blood and died there. Ugh.
I climbed more the stairs, trying to not even breathe. I got into the last floor, but at least 2/3 of my school was dead. Then I went to a kitchen, to eat something. When I saw that the floor had more dead bodies and white powder... Too late, I breathed and inhaled the virus. I coughed blood a bit and I ran trough the last floor. There was the man in black and red again. I was terrified and woke up screaming (Like "AAAH!"). I was sweating and the room was very hot... Terrible.
This freaked me out because I didn't wanted to die, and my classmates were my family (Only 11 persons in the entire eight grade class, rofl). I was totally terrified by the death of my friends... Ugh. Stupid nightmare.

Dreamer voices are OK.
Maren voices... In Maren language, hmm, yesss! Or gibberish like Purg said: Register your voice, put it backwards, register your voice saying the backwards gibberish and put it backwards. The result is some pseudo-gibberish that we can understand. Cool.
I liked Reala's voice in the first game. And Jackle's too (Even if he just says a few things, like grunts and something I can't understand when you beat him). And NiGHTS' voice... Hm... Yea, androginous, y'know.

I also like to let the dream flow without my interruption. I dislike going lucid and changing everything, I like to see where we can go without changing nothing.

A lucid dream that's not about NiGHTS? I had one today, but I only had one or two crucial moments of lucidity, that I wasted the worst way possible ("BEAT ME!!1"). The dream is in my dream-diary.Also, it seems a lot of people are having/want NiGHTS experiences with their lucid dreaming.. Is there anyone that had any not having to do with NiGHTS?

I never got a chance read WTAHM 1, but but but! This impresses me, a lot! The NiGHTS Into Dreams game by TRiP's eyes! Wonderful! (Excuse the exclamations, but I'm REALLY excited about this, even being an old project.)
After all, I'm SO happy for seeing your sketches again. I miss then on dA.
And... The first draw, the almost completed one with the cheerladers, it scares me. I see a girl that looks like... What was her name? I think it was Amanda, the girl on your "Reality has a funny way to grant wishes" deviation. I see also Reala, those boys, and uh... Scary anyway. BUT! This is a fantastic piece. I still want to discover your secret to colour. It's so shiny, eye-catching and stuff, but with a dark touch on it.

I'd like to see it as a sequel. But, if they do a remake, I'll be a bit upset, but I could like it. Just make it good. XD
I think that it doesn't need a "2" in the title to be a sequel. Title doesn't means anything, IMO. See, for example, Kingdom Hearts: The game starts at Kingdom Hearts, then goes to Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and THEN Kingdom Hearts 2. KH CoM IS a sequel to KH1, and KH2 is a sequel to KH CoM.
If it's a remake, please make with a lot of secrets, new things, more sparkles, and things like that. XD
Let's wait. Or send an angry mob to discover the secrets.
From what I have read they said it would be a remake. That and the fact the new game isn't called NiGHTS 2. If it was a sequal wouldn't it have that in the title? Maybe not...I must be paronoid. If it is a remake I am very upset about it. If they don't include all the orginal boss characters I will be very unhappy. If it was a sequal I could understand. But I don't know. They seem to be switching between the terms actually. No one really knows what they are doing yet.

Oh boy. Really? o_O""No. They didn't even get the names right. :| No idea if anyone posted this, but Jackle was 'Jackal' in the comics.
I think that's kinda forgivable... I've seen people calling Jackle "Jackal", "Jacke", "Jackel" and things like that... No wait. No, it's not forgivable. Kill 'em wit fire.
I think that WTAHM2, that TRiP's doing, will be the real GOOD NiGHTS comic. And that's OK for me.

Trough my cousin's Sega Saturn (I LOVE YOU, VITOR, MY COUSIN ;_; ). I remember seeing the Saturn's box and a VERY LITTLE NiGHTS screenshot. I forced my vision a lot and saw that it was a purple jester-like figure. I liked, I saw my cousin playing a bit, I forgot about it then.
Yeeeeeeears after, searching for old games (I LOVE OLD GAMES.) I found NiGHTS. Then TRiP's website. Bam, I'm in love.
In 2006 I talked to my cousin again. I said that I wanted to play his Sega Saturn again, and he gave me it. BUT! It didn't had controllers. X/ UNLUCKY ME!
I didn't got to know NiGHTS in '96 or '97. I was two years old in '96. Just some days to be three years old, but... D:

Not for me. T_TThat'd be a bit annoying, but forgivable in the end, I guess.
Reala replacing Wizzie... That's just wrong, I think. Only if Reala went Super Sayan and has his power OVER NINE THOUSAND. I'm only going to accept Reala replacing Wizeman with a GOOD excuse (Storyline, mad super sayan powers, something, not just trowing Reala in the last level of the game as the boss and that things...)

Since my mother language is Portuguese and I have a carioca accent, I say "RRRRe-A-Lah". With that big R. XD Can't help myself.A little bit off topic, How does everyone here pronounce Reala? I've always said is as "Ree Alla", emphasis on the "Al". I've recently heard Reala pronounced "Real ah". I can't say i am a fan of that. It's like Konami. Do i pronounce it "Kon, om, eye" or "Ko narm ee"?
