My ideas about NiGHTS tracks- Soft Museum would be cool, with bouncy surfaces, but I figure Twin Seeds is more of a quintessential NiGHTS stage.. It would be an elevated track winding around the city, with the balloons and everything. Maybe Wizeman's 'barrier' (when he knocks you back) could be an obstacle.

And I want his vehicle to be a pair of roller-blades. That would capture NiGHTS' whimsy really well.

Yes and yes! I would love to see NiGHTS in roller blades again. It was just too much fun to see him "walk" in Sonic Riders.

For a NiGHTS track, I'd love to see Twin Seeds. In an ideal world, I make sure that the course had no visible road, to give an appearence of flying. However, there would be stars on either side of your car, lighting up the way.

Scrap Brain would be fin for Sonic, with those spinning wheels of doom, teleportatin tubes, and conveyor belts.

Lol, so it's that obscure then is it? Well, the game itself has another 6 months development time. By the time this puzzle is fully revealed it'll be just over a month so it'll be time to reveal a new character anyway. And they wouldn't want to reveal secret characters just now either so it's got to be someone who is expected.
Apparently SEGA of America has heard about the NiGHTS fanbase's petition to Sumo, lol. Word travels fast, but i digress.
No, i think it might be NiGHTS or Ulala. They're two common characters that ain't been revealed so i get the feeling it might be either of the two.

Or it's ToeJam and Earl, seeing as there has been a high-demand to see these guys in it.

Going back on talks of race tracks, if i had to choose a JoD NiGHTS level then hands down it would have to be Memory Forest. Imagine racing around and the track turns to night and those blue flowers glow and stuff. It would be so pretty to see that on Xbox360. In Superstars Tennis they put in Aqua Garden and that level kinda bored me when compared to the other NiGHTS levels. Memory Forest would be an awesome race course. ...

Yeah, i think Soft Museum would be interesting but probably wouldn't translate well into something you could race on. So, Memory Forest is the one i'm calling. It's got the streetside lamps, the windows in the trees, the blue flowers that light up when it goes dark. It's got a wicked song, too! My favourite from JoD.

Twin Seeds or Bellbridge seem a bit too serious a level. It'll be just another city-scape race track, i think. Something like Memory Forest really puts a spin on things and makes the whole 'green' race track something unique. Soft Museum would put an even bigger spin on things but as we've figured out it probably wouldn't be a great track to race on.

SOL - i'm wondering. Will there be anymore FMV for this game? I know the trailer has been released and it's got some of the line-up in it. But will there be more FMV or longer FMV featuring the rest of the cast or is the one that's been released the one piece of FMV for this game? Just curious.

I like Noctourne Wonderland's idea. I can totally see all the characters racing along an invisible track, with only the cars to light the way. I can see the cars kicking up twinkle dust and other sparkly stuff on the road, as one way to light up the track. Very NiGHTSy. :3

Away from NiGHTS I wanna see the F1 car from Virtua Racing playable and one of the tracks as well complete with the old blocky Model 1 3D graphics.

Broadway guide would be awsome! Every game needs sparkly neon. ;D

Puffy's stage would be fun! Imagine having to race a giant rolling Puffy of doom around her mansion!

Twin Seeds, if done with the right novelty, could be fun. Racing through the sky would be a unique innovation, and upbeat music and balloons would reduce to serious undertones.

Yes. It's entirely possible. However, if you have any MP3 player or even a flash drive, you can connect it to the 360 via USB and just play directly off the device. No need to rip. You can even do it from a computer on the same network...but that gets complicated and messy. Basically any MP3 player or USB drive with MP3s on it you can use to play music instead of the game's music tracks.

Hah, Ryo Hazuki. That'd be epic. Too epic for words.

Granted, SUMO Digital's already said they wanted over 100+ characters in the Superstars games...so nothing's really out of the question. And with a bigger budget behind it (and hopefully better sales, seeing as how Superstars Tennis did less than OK) they'll throw some of the more "historic" characters in rather than mainstream. I.E. Ryo.

Also I change my vote from any NiGHTS related racetrack to Seaside Street Galaxy from Daytona USA.

Ryo's special move should be firing Fuku-san from some kind of lame-o cannon... or Ine-San, she should steal everyones items and give you a pathetic 3 yen to spend on capsule toys lol.

I then doubt that the hint is anything NiGHTS related because as far as the hype around this game goes, there's already been noise about NiGHTS because of us. I don't think they would waste revealing a character like NiGHTS when they've just come out from talking to this fanbase. They're going to announce a different character and right now, thanks to SegaNerds, i'm honestly thinking it might Ryo Hazuki. Which would be fantastic still.

I got wondering about something though. This game is going to have online racing but pardon my ignorance again here. If i was to own a Xbox version and someone owned a PC version of the game, would we be able to face each other or would i only be allowed to race against people with the Xbox version of the game? I think the answer seems pretty obvious but i'll ask anyway because i'm unsure.

When it comes to online multiplayer, every console seems to just do their own thing since the companies have their own servers or something like that. The last time I can ever recall this not being the case was PC and PS2 being able to both do PSU together.

Though, someone has said that the word 'dragon' might be 'driver' so it would read -

lol, no way in hell! Trust me. There's actually no way other than through the courts and legals could they get him in. As much as i would love to see him, i know SEGA can't do anything with that character anymore.

If you're talking about the rumor that since his creator left and took the rights to the character with him, than that's been proven bogus because he made the character for Sega, hence Sega owns him, not the guy who made him.

Well, i'm just going by what i've been told. Besides, i was at Summer of Sonic recently and the character wall had every character, including characters like Fang on it. No Mighty. I really think we'll never see him again, as sad as it is.

I believe SEGA still hold the rights to Mighty, however there's little chance that we'll ever see him again. Besides, he can't be in this game, since we already know that there are no more Sonic characters to be revealed. And that rumor's source is apparently Wikipedia, so it's wrong by default.
