But Noctourne is actually a zombie and Level99's notebook that Noctourne stole has all of our zombie plans and he intends to use that to know our exact location for when the zombie apocalypse hits. My god...NO ONES SAFE!!!!

Okay, so Noctourne Wonderland, a zombie, stole Level 99's notebook (which has plans to take over the world in it and is actually Striker0), but Striker0, Noctourne Wonderland's evil henchperson (not really), really has the notebook (not really, Striker already has plans).
It was Key-Chan's fault the notebook was stolen (which was actually given to Noctourne Wonderland), and Sapphire was wanting to write a silly romance novel about it. Noctourne Wonderland became jealous of Sapphire and stole it, selling it only to find out people hated it.
