Howdy ho! Tis the Kato! I'm looking forward to getting back to drawing NiGHTS artwork for you all. :3 And this time I'll be here from the start so you'll allllllllllllllll get to know meh better. Hmmmmmmm....The best dreams I have end with a happy ending. Someone I loved ends up still being alive, and I've just saved/destroyed the world. :3 I never really remember much specifically, but if I wake up with night-time tears of joy you know you had a pleasant one. The REALLY good ones only happen on weekends when I sleep in. Sadly, I've never had a Lucid Dream. D: Confusing? Aren't they all? XD And I'd do it again just to HAVE a dream that I could remember more clearly.

I like Reala because he has the whole Evil-Side thing going on. In design he's very similar to NiGHTS but considerably more twisted. He supports the notion that they are perhaps equals, but the fact that he's so much larger denotes that he is perhaps moreso. And you just can't argue with a checkerboard dreamscape with a bigass throne in the center.

2nd Favorite is Gillwing.

Ok, here's what you gotta do. You gotta PM DB (deebs) and ask her to upload some of her artworks of the maren bosses. She does them amazingly. I still have some of her older drawings from back before we ever really knew each other. They provide fantastic reference.

If you were appointed a maren, send it to me. XD I really wasn't in the loop on who they all were. I was only going by DB's designs. XD Actually I wonder if she's still planning to do mine. I know it's not a used theme anymore but I'd still love to have one. XD

Yo. My name is Kato, I'm an artist on DA. Some of you here may know me. I've been wanting to draw some of the maren from JoD. (Hence the relavance of this topic's placement.) So, Does anyone have any artwork or screencaps of the bosses:
Cackling Chamelan, Clashing Cerberus, or Queen Bella
The rest I have images of, graciously provided from the NiD website. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry for the double post, but it's been a few months since my last once, so I don't think I'm in the wrong. Anyway, with NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams out, I thought it would be nifty to update mah Maren to the new game's style. This guy, Shadow Duality, was originally designed by Dark Burraki (DB) who did a very awesome job with that. So, going from that, here he is in JoD style.

I've been calling him Dualos. If anyone wants to look at a higher res/larger version to see the little details better, I have that as well.
