As much as I love NiGHTS, I will most likely be Blaze in any Online Vs. Match. Just so you guys know....

Darn, I miss the tiny boost and character attacks. I wish they had not taken that out, but I guess they had to in order to make the gravity ring thing.

Blaze's outfit is nice.

In any case, Online races would make more sense on Riders than it would on JoD, and it's not like Sega doesn't know that this rather large SR fanbase wants online play.

That is true. I would be wondering why JOD would have online 2-player mode and the My Dream visiting yet SR would not have online racing.

What I am confused about is that on the back of the NiGHTS instruction booklet (XD I couldnt not open it untill I had a Wii) it says it is available now, but everything else says other wise.

That sounds like online racing. It would be a strange choice of words for an offline mode, and it is apparently not talking about rankings. Also: it's listed in the PS2 section. so that's probably the version those screen shots are from.

Well I just got the game yesterday but I haven't played it much. So far its really fun, but I have to use the GC controller if I want to be any good. Its always so hard to make the kind of manuers you need with the Wii remote. Sometimes I wonder why the hell I have it when I just use the GC controller...

Hmmm...you have to complete all missions on both story modes to get NiGHTS. Dejavu....:/

I just beat both story modes and now I'm on that final robot dealy. Knuckles keeps getting in my way and stealing my hit, though, and that drags the battle on longer and you only have 5 minutes to beat him and I should probably be wrapping all this in spoiler tags, shouldn't I?

Well I beat both stories yesterday and I am still working on the missions so I can get NiGHTS. This is going to take a long ass while. (If someone else is really far along and doing this then please tell me so that I can take my sweet time. No reason for me to rush if someone else is going to get there first. I have things to do you know. )

On another note, does anyone know exactly what the Angle-Devil board does? I see its an autoatic air board and that when you activate its one gear ability, it changes to a angle or devil board. But what exactly does that do? I think the angle board is better at curving....and maybe other stats as well. Or it could be my imagination. I think angle board is supposed to be better than devil or the two give different stats, but I am not really sure. Does anyone else know? Am I going crazy and its just for looks or something?

I wonder if I am talking to thin air here....not too many of you seem to have this yet...

Also, it seems that there is no online play. You can dowload people's time attack ghost, but thats it. Other than that you have world rankings. Maybe I missed something though. Thats just what the booklet says. (I have yet to go online with this.)

Well I have NiGHTS now. It didn't take nearly as long as I thoguht it would. But it was still a pain...

Its not that hard really, just tedious. In fact, this entire game is a whole lot easier than the first one. But thats only if you are using the GC controls.

Oddly enough...I spent all that time getting NiGHTS, but I would rather play as Blaze due to her stats. Ah well.....
