Beautiful Nightmare by Beyonce TOTALLY reminds me of NiGHTS. Becuase it talks about Dreeeeeeeaaaaaammmmmms. *hint hint wink wink*
And heck, the song Dreamin' by TRiPPY & DiGi reminds me of NiGHTS!

"Dreams Are More Precious" by Enya, in her (I think) newest album, And Winter Came... Especially the last half of the song, it's something that NiGHTS could say.

"Rebel Heart" by The Corrs. No lyrics, but sounds spirited. It gives me an impression of someone who keeps on being themselves in spite of hardship.

"I'm Gonna Fly" by Amy Grant. Describes NiGHTS's philosophy very well.

"Closer" by The Corrs. It's not necessarily the lyrics that remind me of NiGHTS (I mean, it's even a little stalker-ish XD), but the...oh, what do I call it? The tune that it plays in-between the refrain and the next verses, and a lot at the end, it's one of the most beautiful, dreamlike tunes I've ever heard. I often find it popping into my head when I think of a deep dream or one in which I felt very close to NiGHTS.

Mark Bell did a remix track of Delton 3030's Turbulence. Click this link to go to the youtube video and go to 0:57 and tell me that that doesn't remind you of Gloom of the NHC from NiD's Mystic Forest.

Also at 1:34 of the Turbulence remix tell me that doesn't remind you of Streets of Rage. The song seriously fills me with nostalgia and it wasn't even trying to.

"Dream" by Forest For The Trees always made me think of NiD. It came out months after the game did, I think, and was the only song from that group I ever heard, which might have made it seem more unique.

Sweet Sweet Sweet by DREAMS COME TRUE. This song was for Sonic '06, but I can't help but think and be reminded of NiGHTS.

Dreams of an Absolution by Lee Brotherton. Ehehe, another Sonic '06 song. Silver the Hedgehog's theme. You can't help but think of NiGHTS maybe singing this to a Dreamer. I always imagine him singing to Sonic, Shadow and Silver. ^ ^;

Lucky by Lucky Twice. I don't know why, but it reminds me of NiGHTS, Reala and Jackle.

hey guys in case you don't know i'm a poet in college and soon to be full time poet after college. i looked up a recent show i went to and i found this video of one of my favorite poets performing a poem with music behind it. it DEFINITELY reminds me of splash garden and soft museum, 2 of my favorite levels/songs. i love the feeling he captures and it really does reflect the elan and uplifting attitude of NiD

~ "Beautiful Nightmare" - Beyonce. VERY YES, which surprised the heck outta me! I think of NiGHTS and Reala...

~ "King of Lullaby" - Eiffel 65. I'm sooo glad I'm not the only one! ^^

~ "Mind's Eye" - James Reynolds. Very ethereal and beautiful, and with a lovely flute harmonizing throughout! I always think of NiGHTS in a big, leafy tree on a hilltop in the afternoon sun... *contented sigh*

~ "These Dreams" - Heart. 80s-TASTIC BABY. The lyrics suit my dreaming self to a tee. ^^;

~ "I Lived On The Moon" - Kwoon. The lyrics are very poetic, and describe dreams as a means of protecting yourself against those who would attempt to drag you down. Strong personal ties with this one. <3

~ "Sphere" - Simon Collins. Just the title makes me think of ideya! XD

The newest one that makes me think of NiGHTS is an Estonian song called "Unes või ilmsi" ("In Dreams or Reality") by Hylene. (If you like dance music, you can hear it here. But the video is a little spicy.)

Indeed, Cyndi Lauper's version is very nice too. Lol, she has a very NiGHTSy voice in that song.

The Phil Collins version, i think it's the melody that plays between each verse and chorus that makes me think of NiGHTS. What instrument is being played? Is it the bagpipes? I can never tell my instrumentals apart, lol.

Agreed. :) Qkumba Zoo/QZoo is very much NiGHTS music... highly recommended for anyone who hasn't heard them, both their albums. Dreamy, imaginative music... and the only two videos they made have awesome visuals.

When I was just becoming a NiGHTS fan late 1997, I heard it for the first (and only) time on the radio, and now I forever associate this song with NiGHTS flying. It's still like that, only now NiGHTS is flying with Reala... Well, yeah.

"Somewhere Up Above" by April March is very NiGHTS-y to me for some reason that I'm not entirely sure of. The album "Triggers" forgoes the usual 60s French pop feel of her earlier ablums and instead is a very dreamy cross between electronic and acoustic instruments. It really has to be heard.

Here are a few that sort of remind me of a few places/characters from NiGHTS:

"Evil Eyes" (which is sang by Nobutoshi Kanna)- I don't see why, but this song reminds me of Reala in some of the lyrics (link to song w/English translation in vid (the only way I could find translation of this song); )

"Believe in Heaven" (sung by Shinichirou Miki/Katsuhiko Kawamoto)- This particular song reminds me of NiGHTS, the dreamers, and a few of the other Nightmaren (link to song's translated lyrics: http://www.animelyri....einheaven.html)

"Kawaranai Mono (Unchanging Things)" (sung by Oku Hanako)- This song in particular reminds me of both NiGHTS and the Dreamers, since some of the lyrics can relate to both in many cases. I think a lot of things Owl City does is very fitting with NiGHTS, I think that it is because his themes are usually about dreams/a paradise/Someone (this could be ether a lover or God, sometimes it's obvious other times it's left to the listener's interpretation)
I like to think that the paradises are Nightopia and the person is NiGHTS/another dreamer and the following songs seem to fit the most with NiGHTS, even to the point that it's hard to believe that it is coincidence that it fits well.

The song Comprachios by Pendulum does remind me a lot of Reala and his fight against NiGHTS.
