It has been officially confirmed that additional characters and Tracks will be downloadable in the future[21]. Steve Lycett of Sumo Digital, has said that NiGHTS could possibly be added as a Downloadable character, if the game is successful. [22]
Lol, i can see why they might have thought NiGHTS into Dreams was on the Dreamcast, what with the whole 'dream' name surrounding it. Still, doesn't take them five minutes to run over to Wiki and check on the facts.
Regardless, good news spreading is good
Hehe. Still can't be believe that Wiki mention us.
Personally, in order to lift any blame off Sumo they would have had to have wanted NiGHTS in the game, but Sega rejected the idea. Then I absolve them. Until that proves to be the case, they share guilt. Hoo.
Not really. Sega gets to decides on who makes the cut/out come of the game.
So far, it seems the exclusives will end up like this:
Xbox 360- Exclusive playable characters. Wii- Exclusive Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing-branded steering wheel attachment (logo is black & white, though). DS- Exclusive Sonic & SEGA All-Stars Racing-themed stylus. PS3- Nothing. PC- Nothing. (except modders will mod like crazy)
So... the Xbox 360 version is the only one worth getting.
NiGHTS will only be on the Xbox 360. If DLC. Will anyone spend that much money on getting a new system just for one game?
DLC is a tricky matter. Burnout Paradise has been doing a steady stream of internally developed DLC for years after the game's release. With the All-Stars Racing, however, I feel as though the window for getting names on the list would be much smaller. No doubt Sega isn't thinking this game won't have the lasting appeal that Burnout Paradise might, if just for the fact that to keep a developer making DLC for a game does cost money and doesn't offer as many significant one-time sales as new games in a series would generate. However, DLC is the essential of nickel-and-diming the players, so hopefully there will be many ideas Sega would want to implement if they're blindly grabbing for cash.
Short story: when a game is released, usually most, if not all, of the DLC is either set, already being developed, or in the planning stages.
It looks nice. I like the thin curvy-but-pointy style of the hat. But it looks sad, too. Don't be sad, Fear, munching on Sega staff Ideya will make it all better. XD
Thank my step mother for it. She was the main cause for it. I'm sure it munching on the bosses's Ideya will make it all better.
They're really stubborn. Even though naturally NiGHTS is not confirmed until we see him, they simply can't believe that he wouldn't be playable in this game. We're being more realistic about this than they are, and we're the NiGHTS fans.
At lest we are doing something to make our voices heard. Not only that if sega trys this stunt again. We could easily spring into action.
You play too much NiGHTS when....
You get your baby brother hooked by watching you play.
You get your dad hooked by watching you play.
When you get upset if someone steals the controls while your playing.
When You draw nightmaren out of your mood.
Guilty to all of the above.
