Hi... For those whom have never done it, making an introductory topic is like making the first sentence in a book.
Well, I discovered NiGHTS through Chao breeding. Long story short, I saw the NiGHTS Chao on some website and eventually got JoD (has no Sega Saturn. :'() and LOVED it. So, here I am. My Friend Code is: 0173 - 0336 - 0596. I'm good for races and I have quite a few Mepians, though I don't think that I have any pure Mepians. BTW, if you come, bring blue chips if possible. It's a life of poverty for a guy raising 80 of the lil' guys and after Dreamdrops.

Welcome! I don't have a Wii so don't expect me to visit you with heaps of blue chips, but know that if I could, I would. Have a great time here!

Haha! I know what you mean! I wasn't able to regularly sustain 80 until after I finished getting all As and Dreamdrops. The amount of chips you have is too dependent on what mission you play.
Anyways, hello! Welcome to the NiGHTS forums. Sounds like you write a bit, no? It's a passion of mine, too. There are many others here who also love to write. Some of them have fanfiction posted here and on fanfiction.net. Maybe you'll be inspired to start your own. Many people here, like you, have not played the original game or didn't play it until recently. JoD newbies, we're called (with respect. It's like a nickname for the next generation of NiGHTS fans. "N00b" is the disrespectful term.). I hope you have a good time talking NiGHTS with us.

What, writing? Me? Nah, I usually keep to myself, and pretty shy offline. I had to write a book for my advanced reading class once. Wasn't terrible, but I'd rather not do it again. Good thing is, it taught me how to type.

Hey there and welcome!
I was going to suggest posting your Wii code in the pinned topic over there in the Journey of Dreams section, but you already caught on and got that taken care of. Good to see
If you have any questions or whatnot, feel free to contact the admins or moderators. We're here to help.
Have fun!

HIIIIIIIIIIII!!!!!!!!
for me, blue chips=yes and Pians=no sadly.
SO I have plenty of the sparkly stuff to go around!
If you say you're no writer...then get into it! RAAAHHH!!!! That's exactly how I did. I started when I had to write something for class, thought it was fun, and now I have tons of little stories! (Including fanfics)
Anyway, have a GREAT TIME here and succumb to the NiGHTSlyness of DOOOOOMMM!!!
Sorry if that made no sense...

Oh, I thought from your first sentence that you were familiar with writing. I didn't think of an assignment, because in all the schools I've been, none of the classes have forced you to write a book. I wish I had that class. XDWhat, writing? Me? Nah, I usually keep to myself, and pretty shy offline. I had to write a book for my advanced reading class once. Yes. Yes you do.

Understood. It was pretty fun writing, really, but it's annoying to work with a deadline, and I had to put spelling words in it, which really messed my friend's book up because his was about a group of street racers. XO
*WARNING!!! SCHOOL RANT!!!*
The class itself is an "advanced" class. In other words, we had to read 800 page books, have spelling words from other languages occasionally (once spanish, the other latin, and another biology), and it's only sixth grade. :\ It's pretty fun and we get extra privileges, (Vocab online + copy/paste! And it's NOT CHEATING! w00t!) but the class itself gets hard.

Believe it or not, I'd still love that class. All we get over here, even in high school, seems to be a repetition, year after year, of the same grammar and mechanics rules. Well, last year was different because we actually learned about the rules for using colons and semicolons. I'd been waiting for years for my teachers to tell me what in the world a semicolon's for.

I know what you mean. My reading and math classes are the only ones that we really learn anything in. Hoping that it'll change in Jr. High this year. BTW, I love the class. It's just kinda difficult.
