I don't know if it works on any other levels, but on the first mare of Stick Canyon, if you only go through one of the loops on each of the double yellow loops right after where the ideya capture is, and then go under the platform they're above, circling around it clockwise, and then coming back up where the capture was, the loops are restored to normal, and you can go through again. I'll post a video in a second.

I should also note that I found this using the Saturn Mode on the remake, but my Saturn's arriving in a few days, so I'll test it there and update this topic on whether or not it works.
