Valentine's...didn't even realize it was so close. It's weird. I'm usually in a bad mood this time of year. Between some point in January and towards the end of February I'm usually all anti-Valentine's. Now I'm just...pro-Brawl. Must be all the violence and recent dwelling on a fanfic (which is starting to look awesome considering how quick the plot came together). It's sufficiently pushed out all thoughts of lovey dovey-ness. I'm still a little down, but not as much as I've been in recent years.
Here's to zombie movies! ...Also, I hate needles. Donating plasma is nice, but I have a deep fear of needles. It's $25-$30 the first time and $50 the next, but I really frickin' hate needles. ._.

He falls asleep in battle. I think it's because I didn't have the forest badge, but Maybe Pichu just hates me.Teehee, I got my Pikachu-colored Pichus over a week ago X3 I'm assuming they won't look any different until transferred into Soul Silver/Heart Gold. How does your Pichu keep falling asleep? In battle, I assume?
And Zoroark looks awesome. Yay Evil-Fox-Pokémon! I really hope Soul Silver/Heart Gold is good. Fire Red/Leaf Green was great, but since the Gold/Silver/Crystal trilogy is a fan favorite it'll be a little harder to live up to. We can already see it has those God-awful Pearl/Diamond 3D graphics. Bleck >8C
I just noticed that in the main picture of TRiPPY's old room in the art section, Pyramid Head against a rainbow backdrop is the wallpaper on her computer. Epic win, Ms. TRiPPY >83 That makes me want a similar wallpaper. But with Valitel.
I like the 3-D. It adds dimension without being overbearing. Too bad it suffers from "City Folk Rolling Barrel" Syndrome. Everything seems to be on a hill.

Yes! I'm pretty lame for a zombie fan; I've only seen White Zombie, Plan 9, and Night of the Living Dead. There are aspect of Tales from the Crypt (1972) and Creepshow with zombies, though. Here's to zombie movies!

That's...wow. I never expected anything to be more surreal than Klaus Nomi opera.

My night class has been canceled due to "unconfirmed reports of a gunman" at my university's graduate library. KINDA SCARY. I THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE.
(If anyone's curious it was apparently a false alarm.)

I told them I had ridden shooting stars
And said I'd show them how
Over and over always tried to get away
Living in a daydream only place I had to stay
Fever of a breakout, burning in me miles wide
People around me, talking to the walls inside
I heard them tell me that this land of dreams was now
I told them I had ridden shooting stars
And said I'd show them how
Don't need no astrology it's inside of you and me
You don't need a ticket to fly with me--I'm free--yeah
These lyrics kinda remind me of NiD a bit.

I'm sorry for confusing anybody. ^^; Just feels like I need someone to help plan out things sometimes. Guess that's what happens when one's an only child and lives on the outskirts of a city. *shrug*

That is probably it, then. I've had Pokémon fall asleep on my before because I didn't have enough badges. It's obnoxious, but it does curb unfair advantages XD I doubt the sweet, innocent, adorable Pichu would ever hate you! *Whisper* I'D WATCH MY BACK IF I WERE YOU!He falls asleep in battle. I think it's because I didn't have the forest badge, but Maybe Pichu just hates me.

As for the 3-D, like you said, the 'hill vision' is rather unnerving. It's just my opinion alone on the 3-D really; I have a special affinity for 2-D pixel art. Has more soul in it for me XP Mmm, eye-candy~
But regardless, I probably shouldn't have picked ‘God-awful' for the wording, since the graphics in D/P really aren't that bad. Whoops!
I know how you feel on that front. I'm busy with a comic, and I never would have even gotten a script if it weren't for friend of mine proof-reading and bouncing back ideas. Having another opinion on things, and constructive critic, really helps keep you motivated and helps you improve. Or just someone to talk with about your writing and help keep you motivated/annoyed enough to keep it up XP So getting a Beta-reader is a great idea, happy hunting Smash!Dude...I need a to find someone as crazy as I am for keeping my writing spirit from falling asleep. Like a beta reader... It's probably because of the dreams of beating down Yaridovich...or however you spell it. Said dreams are egged on from thoughts of how your average gamer, after madly going through 18 worlds for family and friends, finds herself in a world she loves...and needs something to take her anger out on. :P Oohhh... so many ways to destroy a weapon beast... I like the Mewtwo-psychic variation where the thing gets crushed. Or the "Let's steal Yarid's head" play. XP

Ah yes. Construction critics are neat. I've had maybe two random people play that role in the past when I was starting out writing fanfiction. Since then...nothing. On the other hand, having someone to bounce back ideas is fun. That role belonged to my cousin once upon a time but certain ideas didn't make it (Sly Cooper in a dress...her idea). So...yeah. Not much on the section of 'motivational people.' >>;I know how you feel on that front. I'm busy with a comic, and I never would have even gotten a script if it weren't for friend of mine proof-reading and bouncing back ideas. Honestly, the only people I've met so far who are on par with my [in]sanity level are some people here on NiDcom and an old friend from a dead forum. The latter is on my emotional level at times and the people around here are just awesome.
Oh, and Stevo if you read this i left your brain next to a Crumple-Horned Snagglebeast in Ohio. >> You said i had your brain once so... Yeah.
...I'm just curious... Is it possible to bounce ideas off yourself? O_o Quite possible I should think. Inner-dialogue is infectious.
Inner dialogue... Why do I feel like something's going to come from that? Blah. Still need to focus on Census test tomorrow... Jeez louise that won't be intimidating at all.

3 Nightopias excluding the final dream.
5 Missions each (unless I've forgotten the amount otherwise).
2 Dreamers.
And all I can think of off and on (don't know if I'm obsessed yet) is how many missions should there have been in the first place in JoD? What would have been the proper amount of missions per Nightopia? Yes I consider this important. I'm strange like that. I ask this because I glanced at an old outline I had hanging around (Census test got pushed back a day, just got done brushing up on some things...danged math). In it, I was systematically screwing up the order the dreamers went into their Nightopias as compared to JoD. The only problem is that one file had a list of "missions" and since the dreamers and Nightopias were totally different from JoD and NiD (heh, Restless Tides and Frigid Empire for examples), the "missions" or objectives were different.
So everything spirals into the simple question of how many objectives should be completed before the Ideya appears? One or two Nightopias can have a different number (I know Frigid Empire does), but there has to be an average. Can't be short or else there won't be much of an accomplishment. Too long and the dreamers will get worn out too much to do the rest of the events further into the story. Oh, and it's based on the "JoD Before NiD" theories. >>; So...actually by those theories Wizeman should be losing power (or is trying to regain it...). That means the Nightmarens are weaker... So maybe one encounter could kill some of them as opposed to JoD's 'revenge-style' thing.
String of consciousness. Really...really can't help that. Still. Missions. Average amount. Still deducing the right number. Muststaplenotestowalls. lol

Thank goodness! Apparently, some day care closed early because of a strange man staring from across the street. Police identified him as...(If anyone's curious it was apparently a false alarm.)
...a cardboard cutout of Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Five Missions echos the five Ideya, so I think it works. Too much would get dull.Mentioned this in JoD random thoughts...but it keep coming back.

True. I just keep recalling how much was cut out of JoD originally. Five sounds about right though. (I have a good reason Frigid Empire sticks around longer...deals with the other Visitor and a certain Nightmaren...if I ever get around to finishing the dratted outline. :/ )Five Missions echos the five Ideya, so I think it works. Too much would get dull.
Random: Remixes rock.
Edit: Holy tooooledo there's a mess of plot bunnies just sitting on my HD. Klonoa, NiGHTS, Zelda, Skies of Arcadia, Shadow of the Colossus, Banjo-Kazooie, Star Fox, Dark Cloud 2, Sonic the Hedgehog... I think I'm missing a couple. Put away one-shots, journal-style entries, short stories, 'sucked into another world' things like crazy... Jeez louise...
Uh... Anyone out there want to adopt a plot bunny? >>; They multiple like mad so don't be afraid of making them lonely...they're incapable of that.
