Friday night, I had this really strange dream that I just can't wrap my head around. I was in a wheelchair, but I didn't need it at all. My legs worked perfectly fine. However, no one seemed to notice. Everyone around me acted like I really was handicapped, and once when I got up and walked around, someone told me "Get back in yer chair". If anyone can help me try to figure out what this dream meant, I'd really appreciate it.
Though I must say that I'm pretty sure I know where that dream of alien frogs I had last night came from... *stares at four recently purchased volumes of Sgt Frog warily*

Hmm... My (not so) educated guess would be the wheelchair represents either you wanting to be helped, or to be noticed. How did you FEEL about being in the wheelchair?

Another one could be that you feel demanded at, but the last thing you probably want is another shrink babbling about something from a horoscope or annoying the sh*t out of you. I know that's how I feel about people that know me telling people my faults...

@Birdy: Probably. I think my feelings on the wheelchair were something like "This is stupid. I don't need it, why do I have to use it?"
@Nyclone: Could be... my biology teacher has been giving a lot of homework lately...

Hmmm, I've been on the real world side of the same kind of situation, I'd tell but I'm not sure it'd help. I am curious about your perception of being in a wheelchair though. Do you not want to be in it, why do you feel you don't need it?

Maybe, you feel as if you're being held back in what ever you really want to do by other people. Their constant action of holding you back is handicapping your wonderful abilities (hence the wheelchair). The wheel chair is completely metaphorical. That's what I think your dream meant.

And since you were like "This is stupid. I don't need it" You can't be held back! Go you!
