I wonder if all the game developers are like that...:) I mean, Iizuka didn't know we know about Selph? Reminds me the situation when Yuji Naka was asked about Sonic-2's Hidden Palace Zone... He was amazed as though he didn't ever know Hidden Palace Zone is a matter of common knowledge in the Sonic fanbase... And now the same happens to Iizuka :lol:
Now I know. They think fans aren't clever enough, which is sad and annoying :(

I don't like the new design for him. He looks just like he ran away from masquerade. WTF? Does nightmaren need to hide his face, even if partly? I thought nightmarens are there to evoke NIGHTMARES ^_^ And overall, why all the nightmarens have something golden on? (this is what I memorized the best from the trailer) ^_^

Well, most of my oldest dreams hadn't any visible content. Those were terrible sounds, as though I'm stuck inside some ancient, heavy, super-solid piece of metal or stone. Sounds of God forsaken world, so old and primitive that no one would dare to visit it. Another one of the oldest is arc-entrance (like those we have here in Odessa), with big metal gates separating me and my parents. A was alone, accidently locked inside the dark yard, near the arc-entrance. It was dimly-lighted with one single lamp, and complete darkness was staying opposite to me, filling the yard. Somebody was calling me in, to step into blackness itself. But I never was listening to the voice, trying to unlock a door built in one half of the gates. I saw this dream many-many times, back in those years. And it hadn't been leaving me until I unlocked the door.

In my dreams, I'm either an invisible watcher, or most important participant, so the majority of my dreams viewed in a first person. I can not see myself in most part of them, though, and mirrors seem not to reflect me either ^_^

The single problem I have with playing "NiGHTS Into Dreams" on emulator are slow FMVs :angry: And sometimes the game itself slows down, but I stilll can play and game never crashes. I actually wish to play a "normal" version now (that's to say, "real"), but what really bugging me is a question: Why didn't they port this game to DC? :blink:

I had those when I was younger. In that dreams, three human-like monsters was always killing my mother and wanted to do the same to me, and I couldn't wake up until I reach the highest spot in a dream (a tall tower surrounded with spiral staircases). I could hardly reach it, coz that monsters were too quick x_x I was running, and running, and running, always leaving a dream in the last moment. Thanks God, I never see those nowadays :D

Well, some dreams of mine can predict things. But it happens rarely nowadays, besides, it's much of a riddle, when you have to "decode" a dream which seems gibberish. But it works! XD

My main ability in dreams is flight, I think. Although some dreams don't require flight but something else, like magic (which I oftenly fail to use) In my childhood, many of my dreams were nightmares, but nowadays I see dreams like a "real life", which's good. I'm afraid of liking dreams too much, 'cause then I won't be liking the reality. Sometimes destiny gives me a gift of bright dream, in which I can see every detail and which seems just another reality, where unbelievable things happening. I oftenly use flight to escape from danger :)

The music in NiGHTS and SonicCD could very well have been composed by the same people. It's not my area, but someone here knows, I'm sure.

Yep, true. One of composers previously working on "Sonic CD" music was there too :)

You just told my (NiGHTS) life's story, except I found my way to this site earlier. I think we can be gooooood friends, no?

Hi everyone! ^_^
I'm new to "NiGHTS Into Dreams" world. I first got to see NiGHTS in Sonic Adventure, in Casino level, and this character was worrying me ever since, 'cause I didn't know anything about her original game and story.
Recently, with the news on "NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams" posted on =TSS= with a link to www.nightsintodreams.com, led me to this site where I found lots of info. What I read made me to look for a way to play NiD, and the only way making it possible for me was finding Sega Saturn emulator and downloading the game from people who share it in P2P net...
The game is awesome! ^___^ I like characters and music so much!(reminds me of Sonic CD(jp) soundtrack for some reason) And story is pretty unique, too :) I think it now goes to my favorites.
Hope I didn't sound wrong XD
