Hey folks! Four years ago, I released this little level called "Botanic Serenity," a NiGHTS-inspired modification of Sonic Robo Blast 2 where you play as Super Sonic, flying through hoops and collecting rings to destroy Dr. Eggman's nefarious Egg Capsules. It plays just like NiGHTS, and it's somewhat of a legend in the SRB2 community. Personally, the best part to me is that BSZ inspired a few SRB2 players to become fans of the original NiGHTS game

I'm aware that it's been mentioned here and there a scant few times, but I wanted to make my own topic to formally show it off here, especially since I released a new version!

Just like NiGHTS, you have two modes of play: Fly as Super Sonic and destroy the Egg Capsule, and walk through the scenic garden as Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles. You can explore the beautiful, complex scenery at your leisure -- and even hunt for the seven Chaos Emeralds to unlock an even more NiGHTS-inspired level! While the main level has one long track, this secret level is complete with four mares and more NiGHTS-like design!

HOW TO PLAY

If you have already installed SRB2 v2.0.6, all you have to do is to download Botanic Serenity by itself. Extract the below ZIP file to the same folder as SRB2, and click on "sc_botanicserenity-playgame.bat" to run the game.

If you have never installed SRB2, today's your lucky day! Just download this large setup file, and install it to a folder of your choice. Then, go to the folder you chose, and click on "sc_botanicserenity-playgame.bat" to run the game.
