At first I was a little miffed that Owl never called the kids by name but then I thought about it and then I realized as formal Owl is it's probably considered improper to do so. So I think I would prefer to be called Vistor. Although to the Nightmaren, I think visitor is what they call our species. What do you think?

Which sounds more esteemed? Vistor or Dreamer?

I do like Dreamer best. However imagining Owl constantly saying "dreamer" sounds far more annoying and like nagging than "visitor", so I don't think I would rather that in the game.

I think Visitor suits more. Being called a Dreamer means that you are having a dream, which implies it's not something real. And when we call someone a dreamer, sometimes it's derogatory.
It would be weird if the inhabitants of the Night Dimension would call us Dreamers, because for them dreams are real. In a sense, our dreams are their reality.
Visitor makes more sense. For the people there, we come from another world and we're only temporarily visiting that place. (and I agree about Visitor being what they call our specie)
So I'd rather be called Visitor than Dreamer.
Though I'd rather be called by my name Maybe the reason why Owl doesn't do it is because he meets a lot of Visitors and can't remember all of their names.

"Visitor" sounds more serious. But I think "Dreamer" sounds more accurate.
Visitor implies that humans go to Nightopia like tourists or something. Dreamer, I think, implies both lack of conscious control and a creative power stemming from the self. So I like Dreamer more.

I like dreamer better. They ARE dreaming, after all. But, visitor sounds ok. There's something about "Visitor" that sounds too far distanced from the dreamer, too impersonal. "Dreamer" has a mystical quility too it, as well. Just my opinion, whether it makes sense or not.

I prefer dreamer because "Visitor" could apply to just about anything. "Dreamer" is a more defined group.

I'm a go with the popular vote here and say "Visitor". To me, dreams are more like a vacation than an escape from reality (because I'm so messed up in my head), so it feels more like a tour guide trying to be polite.
But that's just me.

I agree with with Noctourne Wonderland that "dreamer" sounds more mystical. It flows better with the fantasy aspect.

It's not just owl. I noticed Reala says Visitor a LOT while I've been redubbing scenes for Reala's lines. I wish they'd had at LEAST used Dreamer every once in a while instead of Visitor. if they went back and forth instead of saying Visitor every time it would sound sooo much better, imo. Owl could ALWAYS address the kids as Visitor but Reala, perhaps, not so much. He could easily say Dreamer even if it sounds less proper because he doesn't need to have respect for the children... just need their IDEYA!
I'd like to be called Dreamer just because Visitor, imo, sounds stupid but I understand the term and I deal with it.
*Smacks Owl*
Edit: Perhaps I had to many perhaps, perhaps?

I like the sound of dreamer better but after awhile it would get annoying too. Maybe a mix of visitor and dreamer?

I like that idea. Maybe even come up with something else, too. Like Trespasser...I like the sound of dreamer better but after awhile it would get annoying too. Maybe a mix of visitor and dreamer?
Just kidding about the trespasser part. But they really need to mix it up.

If I was part of the generic population... I'd probably complain about how being called a dreamer is "offensive"...
BUT!
Seeing how I'm not... I would prefer to be called a dreamer of the two... probably just because I'm a fan of the purple jester...
