The last chaos emerald is in the Mystic Ruins, in the Lost World, but since your not sonic or Knuckles.. you can't go in there!

Question: If NiGHTS was in a restaurant and needed to go pee and the restaurant only had mens and ladies, which one would NiGHTS go into?
