I got bored so I gave Carl Jung a NiGHTS makeover.

For those that don't know, Carl Jung's dream studies were one of the sources of inspiration for the NiGHTS series. You can read a little more about that here.

"Carl Jung was born on July 26, 1875, in Kesswil, Switzerland. Jung believed in the “complex,” or emotionally charged associations. He collaborated with Sigmund Freud, but disagreed with him about the sexual basis of neuroses. Jung founded analytical psychology, advancing the idea of introvert and extrovert personalities, archetypes and the power of the unconscious. Jung published numerous works during his lifetime, and his ideas have had reverberations traveling beyond the field of psychiatry, extending into art, literature and religion as well. He died in 1961." -excerpt from biography.com's page on Carl Jung

NiGHTS T-shirt

My t-shirt finally arrived. It looks just as good as it does in the picture. It's soft and comfortable. All in all, a good t-shirt.

Is it my PC or is it bad optimization?

30 June 2018 - 07:26 AM

I don't have the strongest laptop in the world. In fact, I'm almost certain it's the integrated graphics chip that causes the framerate to drop in places. Although I'm sensing the problem is my hardware, I still figure it's best to ask the community if they too experience a reduction in the game's performance. There are spots on Splash Garden, Mystic Forest, and Stick Canyon that break the game's smoothness. Trick ribbons also seem to trigger a drop in frames.

So long story short: Does anyone who actually has a good PC experience these slowdowns?
