When I first played, it felt... exactly like playing NiD on the Saturn. :lol:

Sure, the analog's not quite as smooth, but it's not like it's completely jagged, either. Admittedly, I'm using a third-party Gamecube controller. I couldn't use the Nunchuk analog to save my life...

You know, I should start a poll like this somewhere about Sheik from Legend of Zelda.

One of my friends and I have a running debate over whether Sheik is male or female. I say either male or pretending to be male, and he says female.

I could go on about reasons why and all of that, but no reason to hijack the thread. :) Just thought it bore mentioning that NiGHTS isn't the only hotly debated video game character gender in the world. :)

Actually, in dreams, I'm usually female in mixed groups. But there does seem to be a strange amount of gender segregation in them - which doesn't make much sense, since just about every group of friends I have is mixed.

I almost never dream as the same person twice... except on the rare occasions that I'm myself. I get the point-of-view changes a lot, too. Often, I fall asleep in the dream as one person and wake up as someone completely different.

Interestingly, race rarely seems to factor. When I do think about it, I'm usually white. Once or twice I've been black, and I know I've been Asian a few times. But most of the time, I don't even notice or think about it.

I usually notice gender, though. I've even dreamed as what I can only describe as a male version of myself... and it gets really weird when I keep switching back and forth between "girl" and "guy" forms. (One of my friends thinks it represents the way I relate to people - in my dreams, I'm usually a girl when I'm around girls and a guy when I'm around guys. Now, that would suck in real life. :P)
