if you are looking for a wacky comedy that is both fun and romantic, look no further then Emura-san's w Juliet, (or as in japan: Hana to Yumi)

The story Focus's on Ito, a girl who looks like a guy, and Mako a guy who must graduate high-school disguised as a girl.
the plot hints a faint Ramiko Takahashi-esk Ranma 1/2 scenario or two. It is 100% fun, has great art, wonderful characters, and is just a good strong read.
