[Q-Lok]

Wow, I have waited almost a full year for these forums to come back. Hard to believe it's been that long...

Anyway, about me.

I go by Q-Lok on the 'Net, though that title used to be significantly longer -- Q-Lok the Invincible, Champion of Chaos. I ditched all but the beginning sometime earlier last year, but the first bit stuck. I've been running a teeny-tiny personal forum since about four years ago, the Chaos Rising RPG, that went through quite a few different stages, matching to whatever my passions were at the time. I had a sprite comic there, a whole bunch of fanfics, some art, and a VERY little roleplaying (despite the name). The folks over there are mostly nice people, but even THEY don't care anymore. So I've moved more or less away.

I am now a deviantART addict, and I have been obsessively creating new work for my little sliver of the NiGHTS community there. Lately, I've been writing my new fanfic, drawing some more character designs for the Demia*, doing a bit of 3D work (working on a challenge to create 3D Ideya), and generally being extremely shutter-happy. Black-and-white photos out the wazoo. Anyway, most of my work is NiGHTS-related, because I have not yet stopped being TOTALLY obsessed with it.

I originally found NiGHTS in the pinball table on Sonic Adventure. My first contact with the series. After that, I basically forgot about it until last year, when I don't remember how I found the .com. I read the In-Depth Analysis on Sonic-CulT and was fascinated. I decided I had to play the game. I bought a Saturn with the game on EBay last October for my birthday, and was instantly drawn in. The rest, as they say, is history, until now. Now I am here, and I'm loving every bit of it!

*Demia: My dream-beings. The guys who make my dreamverse run. My Muse, Selph, is one of them. Most of them exist only in dreams, such as Wizeman and Selph, but a scant few of them are sort of like the Gens. I'll undoubtedly talk about this more later, so you won't need to hold your breath for more information.

Yeah, the challenge. I dunno, I just can't figure out how to make them look like something is happening. ...Without creating a whole other character model from scratch, that is.
