I don't know if this is on the Saturn version, but I was using Saturn graphics on the HD port when this happened.

So at random times, after beating Puffy, the two green closet doors in the last room will swing open, and a lamp-shaped object will fall out. It is not known what causes this, but it just sorta happens. Thing is, on the sides of where the bulb for the lamp would be, where the lampshade should be, is a texture of a caucasian, female face, with only the eyes and nose visible in the small space. It is never seen anywhere else in the game, and looks similar to Lara Croft's face. It's mostly disturbing, because it falls out of the closet, where murderers have been known to hide their victims sometimes. This has some disturbing implications about Elliot's psyche. Sorry for the clickbait title and for getting a bit edgy there.

So, it DOES occur with HD graphics, but it's way worse. The lamp is wearing a human mask. This is like Neon Genesis Evangelion levels of unnerving and terrifying.

After flying against the wall Puffy gets smashed against, I have noticed something super interesting; aside from blue eyes, the mask seems to be the model for Will's dad's face. Yeah. They knew.
