The Sonic Center (TSC) is planning to live stream almost every Sonic Team game out there, including NiGHTS into Dreams for the Sega Saturn and Journey of Dreams for the Wii.

To see the schedule or to become involved you can visit Thorn's topic here on TSC.

I will be helping out with the NiGHTS games so in preparation I have setup a TwitchTV channel here.

Since this is my first time live streaming I will be doing a few warm-up videos going for high scores. If you are interested in watching me play NiGHTS live please give me some feedback.

^ I want to thank charlie for the plug he's given us, and for taking some time off from work and even paying for a faster Internet speed to participate in the stream. While I could easily stream A-ranks across the board in NiGHTS, Xmas NiGHTS, and Journey of Dreams, charlie can do it better. :P

I'll clarify some things: we'll be streaming here and collecting donation's for Child's Play, a charity networked with hospitals around the world that donates toys and games to better the lives of admitted children. charlie is set to stream the aforementioned games on Thursday, August 23, from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM EDT. We'll be running commentary over Skype the entire time, and we're aiming to have some audience participation in Sonic & SEGA All Stars Racing with Banjo-Kazooie (they didn't forget NiGHTS!) and online Puyo Puyo (Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine).

I hope to see everybody there, at least for charlie's segment but perhaps for more. charlie's stream might even get this site and NiDScores some traffic with the re-release around the corner. :P

Thanks for clarifying Thorn! I just gave a donation to Child's Play in support! I think this is a great way to get the community together and raise some money for a good cause! :)

I want to thank everybody that's supported us so far, as we've accrued a few donations before the stream even started.

We're live and hope to see you there!

It was a great time and I was glad to be a part of it! I even did some karaoke to earn a few more donations for child's play :)

Below are links to the archived videos...make sure you check out the rest of the livestream as there are many more Sonic games to come! And make sure you donate! :)

^ To put things in perspective, the total donations to the charity for Day 3 were exactly $150, and $70 of that was during charilie playing and the two of us commentating. We've also been asking for cash to run a "bonus" stream of an unscheduled game after the stream's normal 10 PM EDT end time, and the quality of what they saw that day plays on their decisions, so charlie may even have influenced a bit more. While all of the main NiGHTS games have already been streamed, we'll have All Stars Racing and Shuffle (where if I remember, I'll change Lumina to NiGHTS) coming up over the next two days.

I can't thank charlie enough for the help and for singing well before I did -- his red ideya is clearly bigger than mine.
