If this is indeed a track for SAASRT, then it's very likely NiGHTS will be a playable character, because in the last game, all the tracks were based on series that had at least one playable character. Here's hoping ^.^

If it is indeed for ASRT, Stick Canyon makes sense as a course... also makes me wonder if NiGHTS himself might even be in NiD form *SPECULATES*

Oh man. This year is NiGHTS' 16th birthday, right? Means NiGHTS was finally able to get a driver's license.. and now properly qualifies as a driver XD

Oh man! Any mention of NiGHTS from anything/anyone SEGA is enough to drive me insane but a picture? They posted a picture? I gotta sit down. This could be heavy.

No matter what they may be hinting, it's still relevant to my interests. It's probably a stage for the new ASRT game, but who knows?

Well, this looks promising. Still holding out for a remake/HD edition/whatever jargon they want to use. Seems unlikely, but one can only hope dream...

God, it's been so long that I'll take anything at this point. Even just an acknowledgement of NiGHTS' 16th anniversary. SEGA, why must you tease us so?

If this is indeed for S&SART then surely NiGHTS will be playable. The picture doesn't really show us much of a 'track', though. If NiGHTS is playable, maybe Reala too? The style of the potential Strick Canyon seems to match that of other tracks that have been leaked. Nothing is for sure, though.

The thing that keeps you on the edge of your seat is that this image is very old so things become even more ambiguous.

Yeah I think a lot of people don't realize that this is an old image. It's from the original artwork when the game was released on the Saturn, although it does look like it's very high quality. With NiGHTS 16th anniversary tomorrow let's hope that they give us some more details. I would love an official port that is upres'd and released for the 360 or PS3.The thing that keeps you on the edge of your seat is that this image is very old so things become even more ambiguous.

Looks really REALLY hi res, actually. I'm not sure if it was something that came with the original game art or not, I'll have to check the PS2 version to find out. Regardless, this looks phenomenal and is very encouraging even WITHOUT a description for what it is, especially so close to that special day.
Let's just see what tomorrow brings.

I seen that picture on Sonic facebook. It has the Stick Canyon where Elliot explores to search all of his Ideyas with NiGHTS.
