Singing Dreams Dreams in a dream

I was at my house and my extended family was over too, for some party or something. I, my siblings, and some of our cousins went away from the house and down to this pair of pine trees in our back yard. I noticed it was a dream when we were sitting around, talking and playing without fighting(Yes, that was a rather low shot. Still, our whole family can't be together half an hour without a fight). I was moderately lucid, and I thought about trying to fly on my own, but decided I'd try to find NiGHTS instead. And what better way to summon NiGHTS than singing Dreams Dreams? So I suggested this to everyone, and to my suprise they all agreed. We got through the first chorus, and then I woke up. Damn alarm clock egg.
I am definately going to try this again, I think it was sleeping on my back that was causing me not to dream for so long. I had gotten into the habit awhile back, and I was on my side when I had this dream. Blood flow to certain parts of the brain?

I sing and play music in dreams sometimes, I'm much better in the dream than I am really!

For NiGHTS' 15th I actually have spent the past month listening to Dreams Dreams once per day and working on singing and memorizing the notes. I actually plan on releasing my own version at some point in time, but first I'll have to learn to record music. I'll literally be working from the ground up. Anyway, it might be the fact I've been doing that that caused me to be able to sing it. I don't listen to music before sleeping(mostly because I share a room with someone who hates Dreams Dreams) but I had the song in mind as I went to sleep.
I could provide you with some recording resources if you want. Also you can ask me questions anytime. I know quite a bit about recording. PM me if you want.

I'd appreciate that. I won't bother you with too many questions, but if you could point me in the direction of some of the neccessary programs I'd appreciate it.

My family, both immediate and extended, along with some of my close friends, all lived in this giant(like five by five miles) house/mansion. It was pretty dilapidatad, there were only few areas with light and running water. The passages were long, twisty, and mazelike, and I couldn't help feeling there were others in it somewhere. At one point in time during the dream, I was lost and came out into this big room with a window on one side and a mirror on the other, it was styled kind of like a stage with the mirror at the back. I have an irrational fear of mirrors combined with darkness(individually I'm fine with either, but for some reason I can't stand them together), and was unaware this was a dream, so I was uncomfortable to say the least. I tried to conquer my fear, though, and went and stood up on the stage, and to comfort myself I started singing Dreams Dreams. As I did so the room started to light up and I could see other people were in it and some were coming in, attracted to the light and using it to get out of the maze. I woke up as that was happening. Was anyone from here there?
