For me even though I was not quite yet born when it was out, is a childhood memory for me. I found a Sega saturn in the salvation army pile at a local transfer starion (that's a bit like a landfill only with more emphasis on recycling). It looked like it would rain so I managed to convince the owners of the place to let me have it. I barely knew what it was aside from the fact that it was a video game system and it had a few games with it. I took it home, dusted it off and plugged it in. I started the Madden NFL 97' game and it was WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too confusing. Next I tried The Daytona USA game The moment I heard rrrroooooooollllllllllllllllllllllllllllliiiiiing staaaaaaaaaaaart I knew that it would entertain me with something somewhat funny. And it held my attention for a few races. But I grew tired of racing and decided to try the 3rd game that i had no Idea about. NiGHTS: Into Dreams. My three first impressions were: What...?, This is so cool!, and; Night over again?!?! Yeah the game was really hard for my younger self. A few weeks later, maybe, my little brother found Nightsintodreams.com It sparked my interest and over the next few years I would play nights occasionally. NiGHTS faded for awhile to the back of my mind (not a good place to be). So last Halloween I stayed home and decided: I'm gonna beat this game. I did. Both story lines. Fore some reason I had a hard time getting to sleep that night. I remember writing a good piece of poetry instead. I'll eventually post that. So ever since I have been obsessed with NiGHTS. Now I'm Joining after lurking for so long and with the new forums it's like heaven.

Sorry about the wall of text there.
Now my skill set (what I can bring to the community).

I'm a musician (I play piano and am starting with bass).
I am rather good with computers.
I am interested in game making.
I'm also slightly good with crafts.

Projects I have planed:
A huge, clay, Twin Seeds Tower (might be awhile)
A Very special and unique NiD 15 Project (you will see some of that in the next few days)
A NiGHTS MMO (yes I know it failed the other time someone tried to make one but this is a long term project)
A Halloween NiGHTS LP (this Halloween or next, most likely next)

That's about It for now :D

Sincerely,
CROSSiNG

Hey CROSSiNG, welcome to the community! :) Always good to have another lurker come out of the shadows :)

Since you play piano did you know that there's sheet music for NiGHTS? You can find it in this topic.

Hello there CROSSING, its nice to meet you! I have already finished my 15th Anniversary project, but I wish you luck with yours! My history with NiGHTS hasn't been as long as some peoples', I was first introduced to it in Sonic Adventure, but it wasn't until I picked up Sonic Pinball Party in 2004 that I became interested enough to actually go out and buy the game. I've been holding onto my NiGHTS fandom for 7 years now, though my true love is more towards the fanbase than the series itself, NiGHTS is a series which really encourages the creativity of artists such as myself, and I love that about it. You can call me Xela ^w^

For a second there I thought all the links were dead, then I tried right-cicking yours. Yay! Thanks, man ;)
The only thing that the files don't have that I'd like is the translation of the little notes that are written just above the beginning of each piece.

Welcome to the forums!

haha, I had the same thoughts when I first started playing NiGHTS. "Night over... what? What'd I miss?!"
But yeah. Projects are a good thing. Feel free to share them as you will. I know I like seeing what people come up with :) ..and pretty sure the others do, as well ;)

The other day I played through Spring Valley and on the high-scores screen I wanted to see a bit of my replay. Strangely enough, it wasn't my replay that showed up, it was some random Spring Valley demo. Claris was completely blind, and seemed to just be looking forward and running (maybe my recording glitched). She hit the edge of the dream and the Alarm Egg got her! And you know what? It gave the "Night Over" even after the level was done. The high scores cleared and it faded to the white Night Over screen.

Probably one of the weirdest things that game's ever done to me, heh =b
