I have been away from the forums for a long while, and I thought I'd make this RP.

Your fan characters can either be Nightmaren who are loyal to Wizeman to the very end or Nightmaren who are confused about NiGHTS' betrayal or even question Wizeman's rule. Even Visitor or Dreamer fan characters are allowed on this rp as well :3

RULES: Do not add fan characters who have higher ability stats than the original NiGHTS characters; that is called god-modding and it's against the rules in RPing.

You can insert your fan character's biography by the following stats:

Name: Youko
Race: Nightmaren
Gender: Female
Alliance: Nuetral
Ideya Alliance: None
Abilities: Has the ability to fly, able to shift between a three-tailed kitsune to a humaoid jester Nightmaren, separate her body into three parts of herself as one-tailed foxes or Marens who each have the color of Youko's three tails, has healing powers but they are limited. If under extreme emotions, she can generate a blast of energy to dispel any surrounding enemies. Has the ability to take the appearance of other Nightmarens, but when she takes on visitor forms, her tail still shows
Appearance: In her animal form, she is a kitten-sized, red three-tailed kitsune with a purple collar of fur around her neck, with paws tipped with purple, and three separate colors on her tail. Her eyes are slitted in this form sometimes. As a Maren, her eyes are open and she wears on red with two horns tipped with purple fur curved downwards beside her head and has long, purple-tipped sleeves which covers her arms and hands.

Abilities: Very strong and very fast, but like Scykle, cannot fly or swim. When going full speed while running, he's nearly unstoppable in terms of momentum. A well-aimed ram could total a Panzer!
Appearance: Looks like Scykle, but a foot or so taller. Has sort of a Venom or Sonic the Werehog stature, with muscular yet lean arms. Has only one hat prong, which hangs behind him. His scarf is tattered. Has burning red eyes. Due to his stature and muscularity, he runs on all fours like a wolf, but is very quick when doing so.

Sorry, GIGA, but your fan characters are god-modding. Having all Ideya Alliance isn't fair to the other rpers, and having high level magic and abilities is god-modding as well. We don't want fan characters to be powerful the original NiGHTS characters in this RP.

I see. What if I removed some stuff so it wouldn't be GODMODDING then? Could they be allowed then? Also I thought the Ideya Alliance thing meant that for Visitors it meant they have those Ideya.

Abilities: In well-lit areas, he has the ability to change into a shadow. However, while in this form, he can not fight, so the form is mainly used for sneaking and spying. In addition, as light grows dimmer, so will his form, and once there is no light, he will revert back to he normal form. He also has the ability to posses a dreamer. However, the same weakness that applies to his shadow form applies to this ability as well. The dimmer the light, the less hold he has on a dreamer, and once there is no light, he will revert to his normal form and the dreamer will be unpossesed.

Appearance: In his normal form, he has two horns, however, they are rigid in appearance with both being gold and grey striped. He has bright gold eyes. His body is mostly white, with his feet being grey with a gold outline. He wears two gold and grey striped gauntlets on his wrists, and he wears a grey vest outlined in gold with grey sleeves. In his shadow form, he is a shadow.

Hey there Aura, you told me on deviantART that I should post my character data here so here I go.

Firstly the very first Nightmaren I ever made, Cory.

Name: Cory

Race: Nightmaren

Gender: Male

Alliance: Good

Ideya Alliance: Green

Biography: Cory was born unlike most Nightmaren, he was somehow created by a machine in a Nightopia known as the "Flighty Factory" using energy taken from the Ideya of Growth. Cory is also very much unlike any other Nightmaren, instead of his hands and head floating in front of his arms and neck like most Nightmaren, he has springs holding them, this means that he is able to stretch them to impressive lengths. Cory himself is mostly green, with a blue gem (I dunno if the gem is supposed to represent the Nightmaren's ideya or not, correct me if I'm wrong) and blue eyes. His face is generally normal, but he has two pairs of nuts (as in nuts and bolts) on each side of his face, when he needs to Cory can unscrew these nuts, causing his face to open up to reveal a nightmarish face scary enough to make even the toughest Nightmaren feel uneasy, most of the time though he keeps this secret unless he absolutely has to. His personality is friendly, though more serious than that of NiGHTS he still has a fondness for mischief. He is allied to NiGHTS, though prefers not to fight if he can avoid it. Cory also has a tendancy to make a whirring sound similar to a computer when he is happy, its his way of "purring."

Abilities: Cory has the unique ability to talk to electronic appliances in some dream worlds, he can't control them by any standards, but is able to gather information through consulting them. He is capable of flight, however his feet have jets which allow him to fly faster than most Nightmaren. Instead of sparkle dust, Cory trails 2 yellow ribbons similar to NiGHTS after passing through an acrobat loop, which he can use to tie up enemies.

Race: Nightmaren

Ideya Alliance: Unknown

Biography: A fairly enigmatic Nightmaren who few have seen, those who do see him tend to notice that he flies away from them as though he has something to hide. He appears to be a blue Nightmaren with red streaks on his jester curls, but most notably is the glowing ball on his rear much like a firefly, in order to remain unnoticed he tends to hide amongst other fireflies. It is unknown why he runs, or what he is hiding, but it is safe to assume that he doesn't mean any harm. He also rarely talks, prefering to keep himself to himself, even his real name isn't known, which is why most people name him off his appearance.

Abilities: It is safe to say that Nightfly's most noteable ability is the ability to light up dark places, besides that very little is known.

Biography: (note, this is set before his part in Xela's Adventure, another story I am in the process of writing, where he is forced to pretend to be fighting on the side of the heroes in order to help Wizeman conquer The Waking) A Nightmaren created purely by Wizeman, Tipton is a cunning, conniving trickster, he has a tendancy to fool other Nightmaren into believing that he is working with them, only to reveal his true colors at the worst possible moment. Tipton enjoys acting, and when he isn't making life difficult for other Nightmaren, he enjoys putting on his own pantomimes, enticing Visitors into his clutches, before scaring them away and laughing at their fear. Make no mistake Tipton is one Nightmaren you don't want to mess with. He has a yellow-and-green striped hat with two large rings instead of jester curls and his outfit is a murky green. His eyes are a pale blue colour, and he has a silver crystal on his chest.

Abilities: Using his talents for acting, Tipton is a skilled shapeshifter, who does not need any kind of stimuli to instantly change his elastic body into any shape to fool his enemies. He is capable of stretching his limbs to over twice their original length, forming all sorts of shapes, as well as to use as weapons. He is also capable of flight, as well as

Name: Julie

Race: Nightmaren

Gender: Female

Alliance: Good

Ideya Alliance: Blue

Biography: Julie is a Nightmaren suited for aquatic locations, having a long dolphin's tail-shaped hat as opposed to a jester hat, which she can manipulate with great skill to swim at high speeds in water. She has a coral pink outfit with a sky blue gem on her chest and a flowing dress. Her hands and feet are both webbed, again to increase her manouvorability underwater. She has a kind-hearted nature, and often takes care of Nightopians she find in danger, as well as Nightmaren who are her friends. Julie dislikes fighting, and will avoid combat if at all possible, however if pushed she will fight back with impressive power.

Abilities: Julie is capable to communicating with fish, commanding them to perform tasks for her and such. Julie is also capable of hydrokinesis, not creating water from thin air, but manipulating any body of water near her to attack or escape her enemies. She is also capable of limited healing, cuts and bruises she can handle, but fatal injuries are beyond her.

Appearance: I pretty much gave her physical description in her biography, Julie was created as a crossover between two of my favorite videogame races, Nightmaren and, from the legend of Zelda series, Ocean Zora.



Name: Lurix

Race: Nightmaren

Gender: Female

Alliance: Neutral

Ideya Alliance: Blue

Biography: Lurix is a serious natured Nightmaren, neither allying herself with Wizeman or NiGHTS, she views the war between good and evil as some kind of childish game, one that she has no time for. She prefers to spend her time studying the nature of Nightopia and Nightmare, rather than choosing to become physically involved with either Nightopians or Nightmaren antics. She's very quiet, but when she does speak, she speaks with the authority and strict style of an impatient school teacher. When she does need to attack to defend herself however, she can be very forceful.

Abilities: Lurix has psychic abilities such as telekinesis and telepathy, she can also collect energy from the surrounding Nightopia and use it to fire a blast of energy at her opponent, she is fairly slow however.

XD Thanks =D totally the best thing ol' Shigsy ever made, certainly the most beautiful and graceful, it almost feels like Nightmaren and Zoras are counterparts like Sonic and Mario, except the Zoras aren't the main characters of their own franchise =w=

As for the characters I made, are they all suitable for the RP? ^^; I mean I don't want to mess anything up, I'm not used to this kind of thing.
