Hi everyone. I just finished making these SMS messenger sounds for the iPhone, so I thought I'd share them with you.

What you'll need:

1. A Jailbroken iPhone
2. A Wifi connection
3. Winterboard App (Theme installer for the iphone. Download from Cydia)
4. OpenSSH (Allows your iphone to connect with your computer. Download from Cydia)
5. SSH Program WinSCP (For Windows. This is the program that will enable you to place the theme into your iPhone. If you're on a Mac download a program called Cyberduck.)

Now, download the SMS tones from here.

On your computer open WinSCP. The host name will be your ip address. You can find it on your iphone in Settings/General/Network/Wifi. Just tap the blue circle next to your wifi connection.

The username is "root" and the password is "alpine".

Once you've connected to your phone, go to this directory: /<root>/Library/Themes. Once you're there just drag the NiGHTS SMS Theme folder in.

Now, on your phone you want restart the SpringBoard, or Desktop, so the theme will show. If you're not sure how, just restart the phone altogether.

Open the WinterBoard app and choose Select Themes. The theme should show up as NiGHTS SMS Tones. Tap the theme to enable it.

Now press the Home button and the springboard should restart automatically.

That's it! Go to settings/sounds/New Text Message to choose your sounds.

Don't have an iPhone but having mp3s/wavs (I can convert to wav to save download size) of any sound effects would be really handy.

I've uploaded mp3's for those with other phones. Get 'em here.

There's 22 mp3's in all. Sounds from both NiGHTS and Christmas NiGHTS. Journey of Dreams has great sounds too, but the game doesn't have a sound test. UGH!
