Just in case people are unfamiliar with the actual names of the minions, I think these are them:

Gao -Lions with massive tusk and electric attacks

Snip -White bird/rabbit hybrid. Freeze you if they hit.

Kircle -Red and white lobster

Hollow -A bird in jesters clothes

Party -The red fish things

Verol -Chameleons that disguise themselves as blue chips

Shleep -Sheep with clouds instead of wool

Crewle & Pole -A frog with a magic wand riding on a tadpole. Shrinks you if they hit you with magic.

Mamu -A fish with a drill nose

Cuttle -Looks vaugly like a green oyster with big blue eyes and a pink face.

Ya gotta admit, you can't beat a minion who can shrink NiGHTS to the size of your foot. *hugs Crewle & Pole and MiDGET NiGHTS and gets shrunk himself* D:!

The Minions, IMO, are one of the most fun aspects of the game. You can play around with the more harmless ones and toss around the more aggressive ones. XD

I choose Shleep. I have more fun bumping them while they're inflated and making them chase me while baaing in protest. XD Harmless, fluffy little buggers.

Hey, I just had a thought. Pians and marens are both (sometimes) cute, yet only one will attack you. What's even stranger is that NiGHTS is a maren and who he kills is up to his choice.

Gaos and Snips are little bastards! I hate them! They screw up my links every time! And Verols! The little buggers.

So I voted for Shleep~ they're the easiest minions to kill and the least likely to get in your way when linking. XD Though I quite like Cuttles too - they don't screw up my links much and when you fly through the "loop" thing they make it makes all electric go round you... dunno why or what it does but it's sorta nifty.

Does it?! I had no idea~ XD Cuttles are usually on slower parts of the game (like in the Stick Canyon before the magnet machine thingy IIRC and there's one in Splash Garden I just fly past completely I think...) so I wouldn't notice my drill dash has gone before I've built it up again... ahaha, wow~ you learn something new every day! X3

Anyhoo, I want a plush Cuttle so I can throw it around the room and squeeze it tight. It'd have to lose it's triangle loop, though...Cuttles are fun to screw with.

XDXD Wow, I cannot *believe* I know something -- anything -- about this game that an Admin doesn't! Is this like how I accidentally discovered MiDGET NiGHTS being in NID?

Anyway, I guess I'm relatively knowledgeable about Minions (since I actually pay attention to them sometimes -- I think it's a biproduct of being unable to save my game for a long time, though that's a story for another time), so I suppose you folks can ask me what they do if you don't know already.

Ah, so hard to pick, I like the Gao, Snip, Hollow, and Verol... Guess I'll send some love to the Verol in the poll.
As far as disliking.... Crewle & Pole are not only bothersome causing a -5 AND slowing NiGHTS down in midget form, the pre Goodle things are really creepy looking! But I HATE the Cuttles and their sparkly ring of death! (compare that to the red ring of death XD) Stupid evil Octopaw...
