So I actually haven't played this game... Imma buy it eventually.
ANYWAY. In this game, what you do is play as a character named Vibri and run on a line and avoid obstacles by pressing the correct button on the right beat of the song. I really have no idea how to explain it correctly, so here's the opening tutorial.
It's insanely trippy and creepy in it's own way.
Now the cool thing is, you can pop in your own CD and the game generates a course to your music.
Here's a vid of someone playing Fascination Maxx from DDR on this game.
You have to at least watch the "level cleared!" screen. That should make your day.
I really wanna pop in a CD of Space Channel 5 Music or maybe Forever UNiTY would be fun to play~

A shame this wasn't released in the U.S. It seems no matter where I go this game always pops up.

I've never heard of it before. I love music games, but I have a tough time imagining how much fun this would be? The fact that you can use any music with it is pretty cool though.

Psh, Audiosurf is waaaaay better <3
That said, Vib Ribbon is a slammin' game. I got it last year off eBay for a great price. It's mesmerizing, but REALLY HARD, and the obstacles aren't really timed with the song at all. it's primitive, but very cute.
