Tornadoes......::Shudder:: When my bf had never seen NiGHTS played out before I was all "Watch me kick Wizemans ass!" and I had to do it like twice more after the first time before I beat him because of them XD

It's always the flying rocks which get me. They always spawn directly on top of me, destroying my chances of getting a 2.0 on the multiplier.


Ah yeah, that's happened to me several times before. That's so annoying, especially when you've been flawless up until then.

I, personally, have NEVER managed to not get hit by those stupid tornadoes, but otherwise he's pretty easy for me.

Though the whole fight is rather hard, I REALLY hate the flying rocks. As I'm trying to get to Wizeman I keep bumping into them and losing valuable time ^_^. And in order to get the full ending of the game you have to beat him twice, which means you have to face those flying rocks twice and get bumped around by them until you run out of time or whack Wizeman again! Drives me crazy!

The tornadoes suck XD I totally agree. On a couple of lucky occasions I managed to fly through the opening and hit him dead on but otherwise I get swept away that I miss a hit and end up losing the battle due to time sometimes cause I get frusterated lol

I voted tornados, though I'm pretty proficient at beating the game now. :P;; They usually got me cuz its sometimes hard to see the gap (in the middle, thereabouts). I always drilldash it. Upon second reflection, those damned spawning rocks almost always get me.

The way I avoid getting hit is to inch my way into the next area (since the whole battle happens on a semi circle), after Wizeman hits me. I usually wait for the rocks to spawn,and I hover near the mid to lower (but not the bottom) of the track, so that I'm not dashing headlong into Meteor Headacheville (population: 1 NiGHTS, since your parnter NEVER seems to get hit except during the "required" run from Wizeman in between attacks XD). Man, if only you could control your partner via player 2 a la Tails from Sonic 2. That would be soooooo cool.

:angry: It was those damn snowballs that annoyed me with Wizeman. Kept getting knocked back and wasting my time until I got the big "Night Over!" :angry

But I eventually kicked his arse to Christmas after a few tries. Trust me, Wizeman was nowhere near as hard as I found Jackle to be!!!!

I see a few people agree with me about the boulders, but I voted rocks/ fireballs because I thought that was them, you really need to find a way to change that. btw, the only time I ever EVER lost to Wizeman was because The rocks were summoned right on the top where I was and the went down and came up right at my recovery time.

Stupid rocks, I hope he can't do that in JoD.

I find the tornadoes the hardest. My TV sucks so it's hard to tell where the opening to pass through is. I've only been able to get through like 1 or 2...

I've never lost to Wizeman (probably because I already knew what to do from watching Youtube), but the tornadoes do cause me some trouble. Half the time I make it through the middle, and half the time I don't.

In NiD the tornadoes, I never knew you had to fly into the gap AND drill dash at the same time!
In JoD the Multiple Wizemans. I hated that one. It's almost impossilble for me to get to the end without using the Rocket Persona.
