I heard today that the PC and PS2 servers are going to close in March.
And i felt genuinely sad by this news. Sure, PSU was not PSO and i prefered PSO overall, PSU did fall short on some things that irritated me ...but i have fond memories of the game and the runs i did with the Jester Syndicate were a real laugh.
For the time i was on there it was great. Time consuming but it was fun.
The XBOX 360 servers will still remain active though, so you guys are not effected. But those who ran on the PC/PS2 server will now have to say goodbye.
I still have all the screenshots i took to remember those good times. *cry-sniff*
See ya next game.

Look at it this way, right now is as good a time as any to start on 360 sincee There's going to be an improved MAG starting next week. As if you didn't have enough to do already. XD

Don't worry. I'm willing to bet some fans will make user created servers like they did with Blue Burst.

I don't know if that's possible with the "GameGuard" software. My plan is to obsessively play for as much as I can. If I don't get through episode 3... well, I never played ep. 3 of PSO either.
