I've been thinking of NiGHTS but I've been getting sidetracked. My attention started to go to Needlemouse and recently I've joined in the struggle to get SEGA to fix the PS3 version of Bayonetta. I still want NiGHTS as DLC though. No doubt about that.

I've thought of things other than NiGHTS as well, but I do think of NiGHTS a lot. Lately, I've been playing a lot of NiD, trying to improve. I'm pretty rusty because I've mostly been playing JoD. :/ I've even had a few dreams lately about (non-existent) handheld NiGHTS games or ASR with NiGHTS in it. T.T Man, I want NiGHTS for DLC so bad.

The easiest way would be to change your sig to "I want NiGHTS into ASR." It's admittedly different from the original word, but it takes away the aggressiveness that has that guy so peeved while still conveying your wishes. But that would also mean "pulling back" a little, and I don't know how you feel about that. I see your current sig as lighthearted myself, and not all aggressive and unreasonable or whatever. I'd say your decision should rest on how much influence that guy has. My impression, though, is that this one guy isn't going to make or break the DLC list, so you may not need to worry about him.

Whether NiGHTS gets DLC or not I have to say I'm really hyper for this game when it comes out next month! I think the last time we made so much of a fuss was when JoD came out XD;
Over the past month I've been forcing myself to play racing games so i can improve (because im terrible and CANNOT take corners) and i'm slowly getting better. Last week after a zillion time outs I actually completed a full course of Outrun for the first time in my life! (YEAH IM THAT BAD) I was so happy. Getting slightly addicted to Outrun.... drifting seems to be easier to pull off than in PGR4 (which i am currently sucking at).
I hope i don't utterly bite at ASR. That would be massively embarrassing after creating such a big deal about it LOL.
Must get better must get better.

I'm also "t3h suck" at racing games. Except for Sonic R, which doesn't count because once you unlock Super Sonic there's nothing to it?
I'm pretty sure that ASR isn't going to be like 'typical' racing games - I expect it to be closer to Mario Kart, which is much friendlier to newbs.

Also: I've said it before but I gotta get a 360.

I had no idea people had trouble playing racing games. I mean, I see videos of people at those events playing games like Gran Turismo and NFS and they suck but I took it that they were just nervous.

too may buttons to press all at once confuses my brain. I always hit the break at the wrong time to turn and oversteer thus plowing into every single wall and car. And thus is why i dont drive in real life Neither of my parents drive so its not like i understand cars in general.

Arch man, i know @SEGA does indeed mean you... but when i'm talking about SEGA i'm talking about those making the decisions because it's those i'm trying to get to talking with, or at least be heard by. If you were the guy i'd need to talk to to convince in approving NiGHTS DLC for ASR then i would have contacted you directly by now.

I've aimed this campaign not at the SEGA of Europe Community Team but those further up in the company who give the 'yes' and 'no' to what happens with games and their content. Plus, Kev. I didn't want to directly give you a headache, which is why i side-stepped you with the campaign and went straight at the source ...though i'm probably right in saying this had some domino effect and you've probably wound up involved somehow, knowing how SEGA can work.

Yeah with racing games to me it's always been about controls; sucks playing a racing game without a wheel (my excuse for not being very good at Crazy Taxi, lol). Still have to wait and see what the extent of the controls will be Sixaxis for the PS3, but at least now native controllers have/will have the ability to simulate driving with a wheel without needing a special wheel peripheral.

Yeah, I'm sure there is.. but I guess for the 360 once Natal is out it'd maybe, maybe be able to replace a wheel (that's their plan, at least). But the Wii and PS3 already essentially have built in racing wheels in the controllers themselves, what with the Wiimote and Sixaxis..

Man I hope the 360 and PS3 versions of ASR are equal, not like Bayonetta with its issues. Seems like ASR's development was more specialized for all consoles at least, so hopefully it won't be an issue.

Thus, NiGHTS and Reala are the game's final bosses, and thereby cannot possibly be playable characters. That is all.
