Only if you grabbed his/her hands in the process. Otherwise I think he/she would just be weirded out.

Granted one actually slammed into NiGHTS without injuring him- or herself on that gem or went sailing off the edge of the Dream Gate in an attempt at tackle-hugging.

Well, if we're talking by original NiD standards you'd need Ideya to dualize. JoD ruined the whole concept of Ideya, quite frankly.

Hell, if i went to glomp NiGHTS and i was accidently absorbed into him i'd consider that to be a damn sight better than a hug, lol!

I think NiGHTS should be able to choose when he wants to dualize. He asks the visitors in JoD if you want to dualize, and if you just run into him nothing happens.

Semi-Related thought: Could NiGHTS dualize with Reala? :)

I thought Ideya were only needed to get through the Ideya Palace. Well, whichever way, I imagine any Visitor trying to glomp NiGHTS would have at least one Ideya.

Do you actually need an Ideya to dualize in NiD?
It's been a LONG time (if ever?) since I allowed myself to turn back into a kid before getting an Ideya for a Mare but aren't some of them only possible to get as NiGHTS? And then turning back to the kid would just be a drawn-out Night Over. Or can you actually get every single Ideya as the kids and just go to NiGHTS for the boss fight? I haven't been able to do this but I also haven't seriously tried for every level... it sounds like a pretty sucky way to play.

Unless you count the ones you've already collected waiting at the Ideya Palace as "having". In which case I have MISINTERPRETED WHAT YOU SAID!

I really don't think that anyone could glomp NiGHTS. After all, you can't really glomp someone who has probably already gotten to you first XD.

I tried glomping NiGHTS in JoD, but NiGHTS has like this invisible forcefield. When I tried killing NiGHTS with those Blue Balls, they just bounced off the forcefield
and I could almost imagine NiGHTS saying,"You can't touch me, but I can touch you :D"
