At first I was really excited to hear about this until I found out that it's going to probably end up as a "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" remake except with Marvin the Martian. Don't get me wrong, I like Christmas movies, but that plot, in my opinion, has been done a million times over. Well, maybe it won't be so bad, I'll still probably see this in theatres since Marvin the Martian is my favorite Looney Tune. So, what's your opinion on this?

I love Marvin! I hope it's not live action, though. Then I'd have to cry.
The plot seems...meh. It's fine, but not terribly Marvin-y.
I used to have a giat stuffed Marvin the Martian that my mum won at a carnival. Unfortunately, she gave it away.

Meh...I might see it. If it's anything like Back in Action, I'll like it.
And Noctourne, I checked Wikipedia. They say it's live-action and computer animated, like in Back in Action. Of course, Wikipedia has been known to lie, so...

Nuh-uh, it is live-action cgi, I thought it mentioned it in the article like some others I read for the movie, sorry for not being clear on that.
That's another reason I might see this film, I like it when they do that with cartoons, annd I wish they would do it more often.
Anyways, I think this movie has a chance at being good as long as they don't make it a straight-up copy of How the Grinch Stole Christmas or A Christmas Carol like Hollywood's been milking out like crazy along with various other movie making companies.

I would give this a shot if it was more like a traditional cartoon but hearing that it's half-live action half-animated turns me off.
What Warner Bros does with their characters is a slap in the face to the art of cartooning. They dissolved their animation studio over fourty years ago and yet continue to paste their characters onto inferior ideas for a quick buck.

I think it could be interesting if they made the CG look like hand-drawn animaton, but with dmension. It could look something lke the shadow effects in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, but more so. That would be awsome, but diffcult.

I would be ok with 2D CGI animation. Because the result can actually be even better than hand-drawn stuff sometimes.
