I got started thanks to the random DS displays set up a few years back. When I got my DS for Christmas, it was one of the first few games I rushed out to buy once I could find a copy.
I won't lie... I was HORRIBLE at first when I started playing, like just barely got through Crusin' with C's. Some things came up and I had to sell a bunch of my belongings to pay bills and EBA was among one of the items to go, along with the DS. Once I got another system and game, man -- I got sucked right back in. I didn't realize that there's a third difficulty other than Breezin' and Cruisin' until .. heh, well, until I unlocked it. Today, I'm King of the Beat. Next rank coming after I finish this next level, which hopefully I should have enough points.
My favorite level is Batter Up! Home Run Hero Makes a Comeback, with Highway Star - mostly because I like the pug dog's storyline.
Anyone else as addicted as I am?

Oh God, you had to bring it up. I've lost countless hours to this game. I bought it before going on holiday to Turkey, and it never left my DS once the entire trip. By the end of the 2 weeks I had beaten it on every difficulty.
I still havn't achieved S ranks on every song yet, but I still play it now and again just for the sheer fun. Seriously, if anyone owns a DS and doesn't own this game, they deserve to be shot. I reaaaaaallly need to get round to importing Ouendan (or however its spelt).

This is a game I've been wanting for a long time but have not actually played. For some reason I haven't bought a DS game in ages.
But I love cheesey rythm games so it is tough for me to imagine not liking it.

dooooo get it! The little storylines that go along with each character and his/her/their scenario is entertaining enough.
GameStop usually has a used copy for $12. Totally worth it.
Otherwise, I saw it in WalMart this evening for $25 new.
2 weeks Jof? baw, it's technically taken me 2 years to even get to Sweatin' XD

Well, it was technically 2 weeks like, non-stop. There's not much to do on beach holidays : P.
You ever tried it's multiplayer? I got my friend David into it so much that when we were in Rome a couple of years back, he hunted for a copy everywhere. It's so much fun when played with a friend.

Elite Beat Agents is easily one of the DS' must-have titles. It's right up there with Phoenix Wright and Trauma Center.

Baw, I'm stuck on the last of the last on Sweatin' ...darn you, Jumpin' Jack Flash. It seems like if you get ONE 50pt on that, it screws up your YES meter.
Anyone know if there's supposed to be a sequel? I think I read some rumors around somewhere.

O_O I didn't know there was a third difficulty either. I never used the easier difficulty of the two. I'm still stuck on the last song, I can make it like halfway threw the 2nd half so I'm really close every time but I never win, I always just put the game down for a long while every time I try XD
