I never realized how many similarities Sonic CD and NiD have, sound wise (hadn't heard the JP OST til now). Hataya's trademark is certainly evident, and it was interesting to learn Tomoko Sasaki contributed to Sonic CD. Never knew. (plus the fact that Robotnik's music in Sonic into dreams was actually the CD final boss music)

@viperxmns- I had been wondering about that. It's quite well done.

@Utter Magic- Same here. I was a member of a Pokemon forum that used to get a lot of traffic. There were so many spriters and contests. I miss it so much. I indulged deeply in the pokemon splicing scene, but over the years I learned enough how to scratch and to make sprites from scanned pictures as well.

This is a random thought in regards to the awesome Avengers movie...

But before I get started, I want to say that this bit of randomness is mostly focused on the Marvel universe and not the licensing process for the characters.

Now then... Why in the heck were Captain America, Iron Man, the Hulk, Hawkeye, Black Widow, and Thor the only superheroes taking part in the final battle in Manhattan?! There are other New York-based Marvel heroes that could have at least shown up to help with the evacuations. This is especially in the case of groups such as the X-Men (who were about 41 minutes away and could have used the jet to get there) and the Fantastic Four (their base of operations, the Baxter Building, is RIGHT THERE in Manhattan). I can forgive guys like Spider-man (who might not have a means of transportation to get there quickly) or even guys like Luke Cage (although he lives 7 minutes away ) who are only heroes for hire. But how is it possible that the Fantastic Four weren't involved in a fight that is literally taking place in their backyard and that the X-Men didn't try to help the people?

I really have to stop over-thinking this kind of stuff.
