I do like the gold, but with no purple, it feels... odd.

+1. I think the best thing to do would be to accent what's here by making the background a purple pattern instead of the grey/black one it is now. I.e. replace the "bg.gif" with the old one or tint it purple using a GIF editor. It's a whopping 64 pixels, shouldn't take very long :)

You pay for a skin and they restrict you to terms of service? I would think paying for it would liberate you of that kinda stuff...

Do they even check?

That's crazy.

But I do second changing the bakground back to a purple color. I think that'll match the gold nicely.

I luvs the new forums I do! Quite pleasant to return from a surprise trip to Disneyland to find a shiny new forum. I litterally said out loud "OH! SHINY THINGS!" :)
A purple BG would be lovely with the gold, it would remind me of NiGHTS and the JoD package. :)

Actually, i suggested we made it this grey/black shade as the dots on the design seem to compliment the golden structure of the tabs on the new skin of the forum.
The purple design seemed a bit too ..i dunno...weird when placed next to this new skin. It clashed a bit when we used a shade of purple so we changed it to this.

But, meh, at the end of the day TRiP is the one messing around with this forum and it's colors so whatever she decides is fine with me.

omg, a NiGHTS forum skin without a shade of purple. Good god. :)

Wow... Know what i just realized?

Before the change, my little 'Welcome back,your last visit was...' counter was stuck on Nov. 30th of 2 years ago, and now its up to date. Its really odd to come in and see 'yesterday' on the counter now XD
Its nothing big, I just wanted to point that out
