So I recently bought SADX for my Gamecube, as I am a completionist and when I buy 1 sonic game for my wii, it means i need every sonic game playable on my wii >_>...

Anyways...

In Casinopolis, there is a NiGHTS pinball mini game. I knew about it many many years ago, but only 2 days ago did it spark my interest. I found out there was ANOTHER board, with an ideya capture on it in what looks like Realas arena. Quite neat to see. But when you lose a ball on this table you go through a nice little tour of Spring Valley, and you can see NiGHTS in his capture with the red ideya.

Needless to say, i was giddy.

So I played again, and SOMEHOW from the "Reala Table" I threw sonic into Twin Seeds! It was freaking AWESOME! But then i lost my ball and went through Spring Valley again...but there was something that caught my attention...

NiGHTS' capture palace had 2!!!! IDEYA! One of courage and the white one purity! So i was like, wtf, is this mini pinball game more than meets the eye? So i did some research and found out Wizeman 'apparently' appears in Spring Valley if you collect the ideya.

SO my question...Anyone ever play this? Know how to get the Ideyas? Know if/how to battle Wizeman if you do???

I've played this game a few times... I think I once got four Ideya. But I don't know how to get them.
Never heard about Wizeman though... I think I've read somewhere that if you have all the Ideya you get a bunch of rings, which is pretty useless because at that point you probably already have 999 of them.

I've done this before, a few times. More than anything it just takes patience. If you get good combinations on the table and then go to the bonus stage (Reala's arena), sometimes if you look in the middle you'll notice an Ideya. To get it, you have to knock Sonic into the upper corner of the stage. If you fly around Twin Seeds following NiGHTS, you know the Ideya is yours. You can then let Sonic drop through the bottom of the arena and into the Spring Valley area, where you will see another Ideya appear below NiGHTS. Repeat process (which usually takes a while) to get all the Ideya. I don't remember Wiseman appearing when you got all of them, but you get a big fat ring bonus.

Yeah unfortunately its a hit or miss thing and all you get is rings (which is pointless since you've usualy maxed out your rings at that point anyway).

I've got the level files for it and have explored it inside out on my PC, no Wizeman I'm afraid XD;

Yes! That happened to me. You get like 300 rings or something, but I already had 999.

Wizeman? I never saw him... O.o

I played it for so long once the timer stopped on me at like 69:29 or something similar. I wish I had a screen capture program at the time because it was hilarious. I was horrible upset when I found out all you got was rings, since there was a BIG OLD RUMOR back then you could play NiGHTS but, of course, it was just a rumor.

Yes. Even if you try to dualize with Nights using the debug mode you get nothing.

I found something strange While I was Modding the game so Reala would be in NiGHTS' place.

I also put Jackle in Puffy's place.

I have a question about the area infront of the elevator (if you can call it that) to NiGHTS pinball. There's a sign with writing on it, but I cannot make it out because it's too small. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, what does it say?

Not only the text is too small, but they used a crappy font. And they didn't capitalize "NiGHTS" correctly...
Anyway, here's what I can make out (of course I'm not sure that it's correct):

sorry to pop your bubble but unfortunately its true, when you find the 5 Ideya, you only got plenty of rings, no Wizeman will appear

and that little extra is quite unnecesary, since a lot of people already had 999 rings when getting all the Ideya, what a waste isnt?

Blech...300 rings and (I think) 5 extra lives is so not worth it. NiGHTS is all like "Haha. You just wasted like three days getting all the Ideya and guess what! YOU SUCK BIG TIME! -LOL"

I've spend HOURS trying to read the sign, and I've made out all but 2 words. I can't remember it right now, though, I'll post it later.

Yeah when I first played it I had no idea night was at the I was wondering what is this I did like the idead with cards and my dog chewed up my gamecube memory card so I can't play it until I get a new one. Still one of ways that sega teased us until jod came out
