I thought that we should start a topic discussing the future of the NiGHTS Syndicate. I myself have been trying my hardest to find time to play more ; i'm really sorry i dropped off the radar for so long.

So who here still plays?

Actually, odd you should post this topic because just yesterday i was considering closing this forum section but DiGi stopped me and said it might pick up again later XD;
Both our PC's will be connected to the net on Tuesday so we'll see if we can get ourselves up and running again. DiGi craves PSU.

I was looking into getting back on PSObb again on the private server but it wouldn't work on this PC despite trying to instal the game in a manner of different ways about 20 times... so i hope it's hardy enough to load PSU @_@

Good call on not shutting it down. Lightning Carnival is potentially on the horizon so things here might pick up again in the next few months.

People have asked who is still around before and I doubt things have changed since then. Harlequins are still alive and kicking. I'm kicking ass as a 113 Protranser and Roam has become a damn fine Wartecher at 81 I believe. Blue is also on from time to time.

Lightning Carnival? What is that? o.o

As far as PSU goes, i stopped playing at the end of MAG. It just got too repetitive for me at the time...however thinking back on it now i do miss the game. I loved being able to go exploring and stuff, that was cool. There's probably so many areas i have yet to see.
I actually planned for the Jester Syndicate to make regular meets per week just so we can pick a route and go through it until the end but that plan kinda died once i sorta dropped out.

As of right now i can't come back on as i don't have the money yet....and if i get a job i'll probably have less time to play too. However, i do want to reactivate the old account. I'm interested but i'm gonna wait and see how things are looking for me.

Last i heard, some servers were closed down so i think our meeting point in Universe 16 is gone.

Lets just all take our time and see how much PSU time we can squeeze into our schedule, we should be able to set up some weekly events sooner or later ^^

I think just about everybody was burned out after MAG. I know I was. After a little over a month of Parum's GBR I think it'll be a while before I do Lightning Beast again and if I ever have to fight Mother Brain again it'll be too soon. Variety is the spice of life as well as this game. Right now Roam and I are leveling up in anticipation for White Day. I need me a Love Inferno!

I know the number of servers have been reduced and renamed after constellations. 360 has 20 I believe and I think the PC/PS2 guys have even less.

Lightning Carnival is an event the Japanese got some time ago. It's got some very interesting missions but it's release on western servers has been kind of hovering in limbo for a while and there is still no sign of a concrete release date.

Yes....it seems that there are only 10 Universes now ;_; maybe we should start hanging out in Universe 9 aka "Chameleon"?

It's not online but it has DLC...
As time goes by I get further and further from PSU but I may end up joining some day...
