For those not in the know about Spore:

It's basically... sorta like the Sims. Only, instead of people, you make your own creatures, worlds, and so forth. While it's not going to be released for a while, the creature creator is being released separate from the game many months earlier. The offical release of the creature creator is the 17th of this month, though the Trial version has been leaked in various circles. The only difference between the full and the trial version is that the trial has a limited number of parts you can use to make creatures. The full version has many many parts for you to put on your homemade abominations.

Please tell me I'm not the only one PSYCHED for this game >_>

I'd heard about this game at least a year ago, probably more. I know it's been in development for a long time, and I've been waiting for it since I heard about it XD Do want.

This game looked amazing several months ago and it still does. I want to get a better PC to be sure I can play this game the way it was meant to be played. The character creation is very vast and detailed which is always a plus. The evolution thing is interesting as well. This and LittleBigPlanet are some of the view games that truly catch my eye.

I want spore when it comes out,and i'll have to download the spore creature creator free trial tuesday,i wonder,when the game comes out,if there will be enough parts to make a NiGHTS type of creature, A maren,or even a pian,LOL ,could u imagine a pian driving a space ship,i could imagine its not a good driver.

XD I love it, Arc. Is it really coming out on the 17th? I heard 22nd. AUGH THAT'S SOONER. My brothers were saying it was a hoax for years just to cheese me off, but now that it has an actual release date I'm really excited.

The trial still has not launched, and it's 8:20 in the morning already. Man, EA, pick up the pace. I want to get on with making a Mr. Saturn creature as fast as possible. That and a large bird yeti. I always wanted to make a bird yeti.

My PC is only a few months old and cant' handle the bloody thing properly D: I'll just have to play it on my brother's laptop instead when it comes out properly XD

i got the trial edition of the creature creator,and my graphics card doesn't meet Spore's specification minimum!,so that means spore wont either!,i guess i'll have to get the ds version of spore when it comes out,too bad its just the creature part

Spore is a very creative touch one these type of games so and since it's being made by the creator of the sims we can expect much from my brother had been psyched for this game for a while.

The things I've seen have not been pretty. YouTube is not safe for children when it comes to this game lol. Nothing but male organs everywhere. I worry about the levels people will make in LittleBigPlanet.

I found out that if you give something legs, then delete it's feet, it floats above the ground when it walks somewhere. There seems to be no way to get around the NiGHTS's neck-less nature, though. I was also thinking about making Sonic. You'd think his eye/eyes would be a problem, and they kind of are, but not as much as you'd think. shoes and color scheme, along with no neck in particular are the major offenders here. Man I wish this game's painting feature was even half as deep as Armored Core 4's. I guarantee that I can find a real mammal that this creator can't make, the nyala springs to mind.

I picked up the leaked trial without realizing it didn't come out yet. :D.
I went and bought it for $10 a week later; cool sh!t. Can't wait for it to come out in September.
