I've been sort of curious for a while about this. How did you all find this wonderful site? I found it just by typing "nightsintodreams.com" not too long after I got NiD. I didn't join right away because I figured I hadn't experienced enough of the game at the time to consider myself a real fan. THAT changed though! Thank you so much TRiPPY for putting up this site and keeping it up and running! You rock!

I used to search for all kinds of cartoon, anime, and video game pictures. I decided one day to do a NiGHTS search, because I wanted to see if there was more stuff on the internet than I already had from the game itself. Not a whole lot of people around me knew of NiGHTS/were interested in NiGHTS at all.

I ended up finding a whole bunch a fan art (I exaggerate, a bit of fanart.. ) and a majority of it was from the website. As much as a picture-saving junkie I am, I never really went to the site itself, not for a couple years. XD The rest is historyyyy~

I heard about something called "Selph" while looking up NiGHTS stuff on YouTube and got horribly curious. This site was the first thing that popped up, and I fell in love ^^

A college friend of mine (who is not into NiGHTS) was drawing a picture of somebody else's fanmaren (here is the picture)

I was very surprised that people were making up there own nightmaren at all and she said there was a large community of these types. Anyway, I do not have a DeviantArt account but I did a Google search and found this website with a forum and everything! Oh boy! I have loved NiGHTS since the Saturn days but was unaware there was any real fanbase to speak of.

Searching,i had read about the game on wikipedia,but i was still curious,the website was in the top search results so i decided to look at it,turned out that the site was a NiGHTS site,and i was amazed at what i had seen,and eventually,i even came to the forums

About five years back, my friend was looking up the ten best Saturn games, and of course, NiGHTS into Dreams was at the top of that list. Quick search brought me here. At the time, I couldn't figure out how to navigate the site at all..it was different back then. I lurked for ever, long enough to the point where you swear you made an account earlier.

Back when i first bought NiD, along with the system, in 2004(?) I was just playing the game, and as I was changing discs, I noticed the the "sega.com" on the disc... i began thinking, "Was there a website for NiGHTS back then? Does it still exist?" and so i went to my computer and typed in nightsintodreams.com ... JUST to see if it worked, and to my surprise, it did... i joined sometime later, cause i was quickly becoming a fan and, well... here i am today.

I still type in old web adresses, every now and then, just to see if they work at all...

All of a sudden I was like "Dude, I should get NiGHTS," and started to try to look it up. I just randomly put in "nightsintodreams.com" up in the ol' address bar and found myself there. I lurked around the boards/site for a while after making an account, and then finally immersed myself in the community.

Can't quite remember, but I think I stumbled across http://astrima.deviantart.com on one of my trawls through devART, and from there found the .com about a month after the forums closed.
Since then I've rarely left the chatroom XD

I was watching a (hilarious) video on youtube, and at the end it said nightsintodreams.com, so away I went!! Before I know it, here I am with people of my own kind!!!!

I.... don't remember. I think it had just been announced that Journey of Dreams was coming out for the Wii, and I decided to type NiGHTS into the search engine and found "nightsintodreams.com" and assumed it was an official SEGA site XD I clicked on it, and the rest is history, they say!

I found this awesome site about one and a half years ago through Deviantart. I remember looking through the Sonic the Hedgehog artwork, when all of a sudden I see a picture of a green and black eared rabbit. So I clicked on it, to find that he was named Valentine. I thought he was so awesome that I looked for the character's creator all over the internet, and after two weeks of searching, was led here.

After seeing NiGHTS in the SA pinball, I became EXTREMELY curious and searched NiGHTS into dreams into google. I became super obsessed, calmed down, became obsessed again, then kinda calmed down.

I either got bored one day and randomly typed in websites not knowing if they worked or it was because NiGHTS Journey of Dreams had just been announced at the time and I was freakin out looking for more info on Google and I found this place instead. I forget but it's one of those two. For almost five years I had been looking for a site like this mainly because I needed to hear the song Dreams Dreams again. The strangest thing is that at first I thought it was going to be your everyday fansite but when I entered it I saw this was one of the most sophisticated fansites I'd ever witnessed.


EDIT: OR IT COULD HAVE BEEN THIS VIDEO! I forgot all about this. At the end you'll see what I'm talking about.

Completely by accident.

I believe that I was trying to find some NiGHTS into Dreams websites to look up some information about the characters when I found the site on a Yahoo search. I mostly hung around on the main site (for a long time), looking at the art and reading the stories (someday I'll finally get a spine and try doing some fanart myself) before signing up to the forums.
