So I've done some checking around, and here's what I found out:

You've probably noticed that NiGHTS looks different at different times -- the weather in-game is supposed to be based on the weather outside (if your Wii is hooked up to the internet, that is), and different levels & the gateway look different on different holidays. My understanding is that the icons appear from playing the game on different holidays (Halloween, Christmas, etc). I believe that if you don't want to wait till these dates to play the game, you can just change the system clock on your Wii and then play, and the game will recognize it as being that day. I'm not sure which icons correspond to which dates --- so I don't know what you still have to unlock --- but with a little experimenting you could probably find out

What else lies hidden in the dates, the weather, or holidays? Let us make a list in this topic of every date, as we may need every date to complete one of the stamps itself. Please post dates that you have noticed special changes on. X-mas, halloween, earth day, if it does something, we gotta list it and try it! Maybe even Sega birthdays, NiGHTS release dates? If you have a valid reaosn to try a date, do it! If it does something, let us know! Go forth my friends, change yur Wii internal clocks mercilessly!

The levels and Dream Gate are supposed to change? News to me.. I think maybe he isn't quite sure himself..

The stamp info might shed some light.. perhaps one is the result of playing the game on every holiday or something; experiencing all of My Dream's holiday antics.

I believe that if you don't want to wait till these dates to play the game, you can just change the system clock on your Wii and then play, and the game will recognize it as being that day.

The game doesn't use the Wii-clock. We had that spoonfed to us by Iizuka during those amazing interviews of his. e_e

However, if it turns out it does then i'll gladly stand corrected...but this guy doesn't seem to know what he's chattin' about.

Ok, so I have not discovered any stamps, but I discovered things about dates. I also discovered the relation to the castle being rebuilt and the items contained in your My Dream (this i will post in My Dream discoveries).

Changing the internal clock does affect what is going on. The festivals they talk about, only involve nightopians using fire crackers and whatever is sponsored that month (see monthly dream effects). Monthly effects remain all month, but they don't keep the crackers.

I went through each month's festival, and realized nightopians have a better chance at showing the monthly items rather than the mepians. I seen every single change so far, with the exception of a few months. I do believe when owl says 'you might be invited to the party' he actually could be right. I went into my dream in sept. and november and did not notice any changes. In june to celebrate boys day, it took me nearly 5 minutes to find a nightopian even with the carp balloon. I found no mepians with the extra item, but they do wear any garment changes (viking hats, scarves, hats) if the season calls for it.

So at this point, it is possible that just because the date is changes, you might not be 'invited' and nightopians won't do the specialty of that month. You have to walk around and feed them to get them to change their behaviour. I believe one stamp is earned by seeing them all, and another by just having all the stamps (or something with weather).

For some reason the forecast wasn't working, and the My Dream kept doing its own weather. I noticed though:

Snow = frozen pians (this causes it), white ground, snowmen
Wind = large gusts of wind sounded, blimp above moves more
Rain = just rain, grass is kinda darker green, water pools into lakes. You earn lakes by RAINY climates
Thunder rain = bolts of lightning in the sky, REAL cool
Sun = normal stuff

There may be more weather's that give stamps. The badge on the Far right KINDA looks like a sun.

This is all my data and observation from just 4 hours of play yesterday (yes, I'm THAT obsessed right now). Will now head over to my dream discoveries on other things i found...

EDIT: The sega guy is more than reassuring me that the last 2 icons ARE involved with 2 certain dates. He said when that day comes and you play on it, they will unlock. lol if anyone wants his email transcripts between me and him its no prob, he even said "capiche", I'm frustrating
