Sales sucked MAJORLY!
So, in conclusion, i can safely say that my prediction for 'Let's Tap' not selling too well is looking correct at this moment in time and judging by the fact that we are safely passed Christmas, the Holiday season is now over and purchasing games will most probably slow down now thus sales plummeting further. Let's Tap flopped even more than JoD's sales did so Naka is probably spinning in something quite smelly right now, lol.
Let's Tap. Let's not. XD

What I wouldn't give to see Yuji Naka's face right now...

31 out of 40 doesn't sound like such a bad grade though..?
Dunno what kind of expectations Naka had for sales, but quirky titles generally don't sell too well, no matter what the quality of the game is. *cough*
But I guess the aim here is to humble Naka..

While it is indeed innovative, I was expecting more from Yuji Naka.

I think people are a little annoyed with Naka. He was apparently known for being really original with his game design, he went away and established PROPE and people had waited nearly two years to see what he was going to bring out as his first title. A lot of people believed he lost his streak a while ago and needed something to revive their belief in the man. After two years we're given a game that penguins can play. Insulted that we bothered waiting for him to do something? Just a tad. It seems gone are the days where he would create games with heart in it like NiD and Burning Rangers. Now he wants to make cliche marketed games that is being overdone already thanks to the Wii. He's two years too late with the gimmicks.
In my eyes (and judging by the sales figure) PROPE is off to a shabby start.

Lets Tap is a start and from what I've been hearing he's also working on a Sonic style platform game as well. Not sure if thats true though. It probably plays wonderfully. My LOL was at the fact that it sold next to nothing.

Yes it's true, it was mentioned earlier in this thread. I'm waiting for this other game because for me Let's Tap looks... useless.Lets Tap is a start and from what I've been hearing he's also working on a Sonic style platform game as well. Not sure if thats true though.

meh, I can see some probable issues with the "penguin friendly" control scheme...It probably plays wonderfully. My LOL was at the fact that it sold next to nothing.
But I think I'll stick with something a little less... sad...

I don't know about you but his team don't look that thrilled to be there.

Yeah thats true looks like Naka-san took all the emos from Sonic Team with him. And is it just me but what is Naka wearing? He looks like an old man in that get up, if I was his age I would wear something a lot cooler then that. Still I like the comments he’s given there.here's the merry bunch of PROPE

First off, when are they going to stop dragging their feet or whatever it is they're doing and make a real game? Why Windows mobile? Does MS still even support that OS? The idea of playing as a Kiwi had me flashing back to interviews about NiGHTS into Dreams..., about how one of Naka's first ideas was playing as a little bird learning to fly... I thought this game might be that. NO! It's another one of those games that are essentially just touch and go ripoffs.
