Oh, I should hope he wouldn't.i dont think there would be voices. Iizuka wouldnt allow it.
But you need to understand that there's been a lot of water under the bridge since the last game. Standards of quality are much higher now. Hell, reviewers have been complaining for years that the more recent Zelda games would be absolutely perfect if only there were voice actors. Never mind the epic storyline, fleshed-out characters, finely detailed locales, 50+ hours of immersive gameplay and amazing graphics, there will be complaining until the Zelda developers quit using text. I know it's stupid, but spoken dialogue is the standard now.
Still, Iizuka-san has gone out of his way to shout repeatedly to the heavens that he wants to stay as true to the original as possible. Chances are, that means no dialogue -- spoken or text.
