I hate these kind of nightmares, they're not what I call true nightmares but I hate them so much.
Basically it's a feeling of paralysis, especially in speech and your vision is in clouded as you get when your light headed and your brain goes semi-liquid and tries to turn over in your head.
I tried getting out of bed and awaking Mum to help me out of this situation, it was dfficult as it was like my bones were replaced and muscles filled with sand. Finally I mum woken up and helped me, I was so scared I managed to asked her if she was real or not. She said she was, she comforted me and helped me back to bed...
The next second she vanished as if the event never happend, I wasn't upset but mearly a feeling of annoyance.
Has anyone had a simular situation between dreams and reality?
Is it one of those "He must be a nightmaren of Jackle <<" topic? This state of fogginess and confusion is scary and want to know if there any others with simular experiance...

I used to have pretty bad nightmares when I was a kid that were similar. How long ago was the last time this happened?
