After beating the vairous bosses a bunch of times I began to see various things between the lines so to speak, and this is what I have come up with.

Donbalon:
A large patchwork clown whose stage and appearance all have meaning.
Donbalon's patchwork body seems to represent how nothing seems to look or work right, and his bouncyness and the stage upon which you do battle suggest that your actions sometimes don't have predictable consequence, and sometimes faliure is all down to luck.
Learning how to beat this boss quickly would mean that you understand how the stage works and consequencially, that it is possible to predict where things are going to go to a degree.
Additional observation: This boss seems to play out like an evil game of soccer, which appears to play off Will's fear of doing badly at the soccer game he is to play.

Chamelan:
A chameleon magician who specializes in deciet and cardplay.
Chamelan hides behind a curtain of fabric with question marks on it, perhaps symbolizing that some problems cannot be identified so easily and the attacking cards represent that you cannot predict what life will deal you.
The bombs hidden in certain card stacks reinforce this.
The line of cards leading to Chamelan perhaps represent that you are beginning to understand the signs of the problem, and that if you follow them, you might just be able to overcome it.

Cerberus:
This was a pain to figure out, primarily because of what it is.
The blue and red dogs seem to represent everything going against you, and the colored sphere between them represents the root cause of the problem.
Attacking and destroying it defeats both dogs, signifying that you know that some problems cannot be treated at face value and must be found at the source.

Girania:
A large stone fish that breaks up into brightly colored beads upon being beat upon seems to represent a large problem being made up of many smaller ones to the point that it only looks like it cannot be overcome.
Paralooping the beads makes the fish (and the problem) smaller and smaller until it no longer poses a threat.
The fact that it jumps out of the stonework and that it can swallow you up suggests that it also represents Helen's friends getting in the way of something more important.

Bomamba:
A witch who uses cats to do her bidding, the goal is to lauch the little fuzzbals into the holes or off the sides of the moveable seal.
On the surface this might seem nothing more than a fear of short, old, cat obsessed women but in fact seems to suggest that Helen fears doing badly at the concert hall at which she is supposed to play, due to the fact that you cannot beat this boss quickly because of the sheer amount of finesse it takes.
The cats and the witch seem to be nothing more than hecklers and defeating them removes that fear.

Queen Bella:
Having the form of a large, jeweled, royal spider, Queen Bella represents the trappings of wealth and glamour as she drops silk balls from her platform.
Destroying the platforms takes determination, just like overcoming such things in reality and some cannot be destroyed. Perhaps signifying that you cannot comepletely overcome it even after the main problem is solved.
In the first battle, the lava is covered by a clock, perhaps signifying that it's only a matter of time before such things begin to affect you, regardless of whether you overcome the problem or not.

Feel free to add to this.

Writing, drawing, art in any way, shape, or form, hard rock music, dancing wildly even though I can't dance for crap. I write poetry and lyrics (although they're not very good T__T) and comedy movies. I love the Dreamcast podcast that DiGi and TRiPPY put on. I also enjoy thinking outside the box. I'm what is known as a Meathead. I can laugh at myself, think outside the box, and smile. Meatheads are smarter than your average Joe, with much more common sense and the rare ability to find creative solutions to problems. My idol is a man named Jimmy Dolittle. Look him up ^.~
Wow, that's fantastic research. :D

See what happens when you young whippersnappers stop running around with all yer' new fangled things and your ps3's and your Xbox live and your YuGiOh cards and your video games and your Nights into Dreams and your television and your internet and your math homework and your "fun", to just relax and think about things. It's quite rewarding.

Seriously, those connections are amazing. Good job! :D

Edited the Donbalon observation with something obvious that I missed.

And thanks for the positive feedback, it makes it easier to make more coherent connections when people care. ^_^
