I mean I know people some times sell it on E-bay but on the cover it is marked "not for resale". All the used game shops around here WILL NOT take them games, and I never use e-bay. So is e-bay the only way to still get the first game? Or is there other ways to get it? (if not i guess i could hope for the ps2 version to come to the usa, as well as the pc version, or maybe it up for download on the wii).

REALLY - YOU HAVE TO GET ON EBAY!!!! you can pick up nights, xmas nights, 3d controller and a saturn dirt cheap!! I suppose you could find a copy at a car boot sale (do they still do car boot sales?!?) if you were really lucky. Ebay is always gonna be your best bet though!!
edit: I suppose you could wait till they release the original on VC - its bound to happen eventually/hopefully!!

oi.. I always chime in and pitch the check Amazon or other site-similar-to-Amazon-and-eBay bit. Ebay has stuff, but bidding can be frustrating. There *were* a bunch of thingers on Amazon last I checked, though I don't know if the rates or availabilities were any better.
Most gaming stores, unless you find a local guy who collects the rare stuff, have stopped carrying games before the Gamecube. Most blew out their N64 stock and some still carry a few original Playstation games (only because they're compatible with the newer systems, I'd imagine) a while ago. It's pretty sad.
Also, again, my shameless plug -- check out flea markets, yard sales, ANY of those sort of off the wall locations, even thrift stores. That's how I've managed to build up my own collection, and wouldn't even own a Saturn without that.
Happy Hunting

Mine sells the NiGHTS games, though I don't know if we have any left.
But, ebay is your best bet.

oh ok thanks
I guess I'll just wait a bit and see if I hear any thing about the PS2/PC version, or the VC version (if there will be one). Then if there not coming to the USA. I guess i'll try e-bay.

Personally, I like Amazon because you KNOW you're gonna get whatever you paid for. With E-Bay some other jack-off can outbid you with two seconds left.

Buy it now is the way to go if you do ebay. Amazon is infinitely better though.
The only place I ever found NiGHTS was at a used game store called Rhino video games. However, it was sold to Gamestop, so it is no longer alive. It was killed with fire.
So, if the interweb is not an opition, try flea markets and garage sales. Though they don't have them a lot either. Oh! And pawn shops, as that's how I got a Saturn.

I found my copy of NiGHTS into Dreams and a fully working Sega Saturn (plus controllers) at a game store up my street called Games 4 Less. The only thing I was missing was a memory card.

I m sure NiGHTS into Dreams is coming out here for the PS2 instead of Japan i mean NiGHTS Journey Dreams is good and since the sega saturn wasn't that popular i m pretty sure they would bring NiGHTS here to show how the first game was. So yeah we just got to wait.
