Hello Digi, thank you for your interest in the game Journey of dreams and in answering your question... yes I did play the part of Nights for the new re released game. My name is Julissa Aguirre. There will be another game coming out soon where the Nights character is written in to the story line. There will be another game coming out soon where the Nights character is written in to the story line.

If it's not another NiGHTS game, it's probably either...
- Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity (unlikely)
- Sega Superstars Tennis (likely)
- NiGHTS 3 (as much as it pains me to say it...probably not)

Buuut, isn't it confusing that in case of Zero Gravity, we've been already told that there is NiGHTS? Why would he be confirmed as a character if he's just unlockable as in the previous Riders game?...
On the other hand, he wasn't in any trailers/story teaser/in-game videos so far... He'll be just an unlockable chara, I suppose... because if Sega wants any dreamer-related story in Sonic-games, it's much more logical to revive Illumina...

To be honest, I doubt DS. Knowing quite a bit about the soft wear for the DS, I don't think that would be too good of a idea....
It appears to me just to be a shamless plug for NiGHTS in Sonic RPG or in SEGA Tennis. Although, who knows, it may be a remake of NiD. Having only played the original once ( before my friend scraped her Saturn), that would be good news for me. If it is a Nintendo release, I should find out in a matter of months, probably STILL after you.

I wouldn't want NiGHTS to get any talking parts in a remake of NiD, unless they just wanted to 'update' his "Watch it!" and such. But even then they should leave it alone. One of JoD's main aspects is that it took the story of the original game and expounded on it with dialogue and character interaction (which leads me to wonder what they would do for the next game story-wise)..

I just got a leap of excitement though at the thought of Sonic and NiGHTS talking to each other.

Ok here it goes...
If they make another NIGHTS or have one planned I sure hope to god they use different accents. I mean the only reason they had those accents in JOD was because the kids talked like that, right? I think it'd be logical if you had NEW kids the accents would change... maybe a diff region or atmosphere of the world might be nice. Sorry if I sound rude or anything but I'd like some diversity, Sega.

Hmmm... I wonder..... If she said NiGHTS is written into the storyline, it might be Zero Gravity! (I think) I mean NiGHTS is unlockable in Sonic Riders but his character is already revealed on the SR Zero Gravity website and they don't reveal unlockable characters for the game before it actually comes out, maybe he is part of the storyline! *Hopes it's true*

I think that was just homage to the original game. I think everyone is taking that part a bit too seriously.

I doubt its going to be another NiGHTS game all to itself due to what is said here. That is also why I don't believe this is a remake game. That would contradict what is being said here.

It could be likly to be ZG. Why you ask? Well for one, they have already told and confirmed NiGHTS to be in the game quite early on and its even already sitting there on the American website. When NiGHTS came in the first Sonic Riders game, he was a very seceret character and the website did not tell you about it until way after the game came out. Plus many fans didn't know about NiGHTS even being in there until it was pretty close to being released. It would be really dumb if he is though and still doesn't seem likly, but you never know.

I get this feeling its going to be a part of some Sonic game. Maybe the RPG, or the rumored new 360 Sonic game.

There is also a pretty good chance it will be in a storyline but not too big a part of it. Were Clairs and Elliot in Burning Rangers techically a part of the story line? In a sense at least.

We will just wait and see. I got the time to wait.

NiGHTS as a party member would FRICKIN' OWN.
Oh, and Zero Gravity is out now. Thus, I would assume that the game she was referring to wasn't Riders...And Superstars Tennis is likely to have about as much story as Mario Kart.

Therefore, my money is on either a new NiGHTS for Wii (Somebody from Sega recently gave an interview which essentially said "If we make another NiGHTS, it'll be on Wii,") or the Sonic RPG.

I think she/he is talking about Mario and Sonic at the Olympic games on the DS. I remember a looong while back that I THINK Digi or someone mentioned that NiGHTS might be in there. Its all rumors as far as I know. I have no idea why NiGHTS would be in the DS version. Truely I don't.

I loved Jackle, I loved Aptiva (my homemade plushie -falling apart btw- says that -in my voice- when you squeeze his tummy) and I loved those signs.

Is he really? I asked about this at gamefaqs and no one had heard that, and I have the game and I haven't come across him yet. Anybody know anything about this?
