I got a FREAKING 999 LINKS ON PURE VALLEY LINK ATTACK!!! >=D MUAHA!!

If you get to 999, it just ends the mission and you automatically win. So you can't go any higher than 999, and since there is nowhere in the chase missions that you can get more than about 50 links, then YAY!!! I wish I could put my scores on the internet with the Wii, cause then I'd HAVE to be #1 on that mission! (even though I'd be tied with some Japanese kid)

Dang! 999 is the cap for links. I really can't say weak since we can go that high, but in Christmas NiGHTS, players can hit over 5000 on the link challenge. Dude, props to ya!

I wish I had my game with me! I did really well on a Link Attack once and can't remember what I got. More than 300 I think... Must try for 999 now. That's awesome!

lol I got bored last night and i tried this as well and.... I PANICED ONCE I WAS IN THE 900S and some how I DID IT! *faints*

It took me till my last set of links though, but at least I finally did it!

now i wonder if it can be done in the other levels

Yeah, I can get pretty damn high on Pure Valley too. Really, I'm kinda dissapointed with a 999 cap. Sooner or later, the high score boards are gonna break because everyone's gonna have that. Not to mention, it takes a bit of the fun out of it.

Raises another goal for us though: 999 links every link mission, see if we get something special.

I know the feeling now! I just made 999 links in Pure Valley as well. I was holding my breath because I thought I was going to screw up due to my thumb slipping off all the time.

Hey Jax I actuallly beat you. LOL Watch him have already made 999 links a week ago.


YOu know doing this is a LOT easier than it was in the other game. The most I could do on Link attack mode on Xmas NiGHTS was a little over 200. Thats no where near the 9999 people.

I just got 205 links on the Link Attack mission in Crystal Castle. That's the absolute highest I have ever gotten in either game.

999 in both the first levels, no problem. The later ones are quite a bit harder though. I'm dreadfully curious to know if there's some kind of reward to 999 all the levels. We must attempt to find out!
