This is so embarrassing to say but...

I'm having trouble with the first boss. Girana, or whatever his name is. The big fish guy. I can get him down to a little fish guy, but then I run out of time and have to do the whole level all over. It's frustrating me to no end and I need help... :'(

It's okay. We understand.

Personally, the best advice I have is to try flying around the opposite way he tries to attack you and to try and grab him from behind, then do the whole Paraloop thing.

Things to keep in mind:

1. You can score a hit on him early rather than being eaten right away. Start paralooping almost immediately.

2. The first time he explodes, the largest concentration of balloons seems to be in the back. That's where you want to do most of your paralooping.

3. Each time Girania explodes, he drops a power-up among the balloons which increases in the size of your paraloop. The first time he explodes, the paraloop spawns in the center of of the balloon mass.

4. When you go for him the second time, travel the opposite direction so you meet up head on and try to pass thruough some green rings to build up your dash.

5. You can latch onto Girania the second time around. Just make sure not to be swallowed in his mouth.

6. After you explode him the second time and he's about to reform, it's possible to paraloop him again before he tqakes off in his really small form. You'll win right there and then.

7. If he does get away, just travel in the opposite direction again while maintaining an even flight path. He'll jump right at you, but he'll be to small to eat you. Just latch on and throw him.

Is there any way to get more time? The worst problem I'm having is running out of time. I've had like, 3 Night Overs and I'm so mad at myself.

Nope, I don't believe there's any way to regain time in that area. There are some Dash Power rings near the top of the arena, if that's any help.
I think your best bet is to score your first hit as early as possible.

I've been able to get him very quickly but the strategy is tricky.

The first time he flies at you try to grab him on the head just above the mouth. When you touch-dash him he'll break apart. Make as many paraloops as fast as you can, moving a little closer to the center each time you do. If you paraloop fast enough then he'll be very tiny the next time he pops out. When he does pop out do a paraloop quickly and he'll run into it. When he is very small he jumps almost at the same height as the green rings.

The question marks in the background are the key, there. They have what looks like a loading thing going around them. Once the 'Loading Circle' is complete, paraloop like a maniac. Unfortunately, he does run away sometimes, which is the frustrating thing...

For the chameleon, as soon as the fight starts, paraloop right where you're at. He'll zoom off, cards will start to attack, so on. Fly around a bit and start paralooping. When you see the cards in the background, keep following them until you reach the ace card (after the two card). He'll be around there.

But once I find him, is that it or do I have to hit him with something? 'Cause I understand some of the bosses, like Bomamba only needing her cats in the holes to die or Queen Bella needing her silk balls to shatter the plates to die, but I just need to know that, if one I find him, do I need to do something or will he die right there like the other bosses?

think you just gotta paraloop in front of him a couple times

Yeah, once you find him again, just loop around him once. That's all there is to it.

Now one more question (sorry to keep you all here)....

Wizeman? How do you beat him? I can hit him with the Dragon Persona with the black hole thing but after that he just pimp-slaps me a few times with his gigantic metal hands of doom and I die. And have to go through BellBridge again.

Once I know these things I should be good. I may be back to ask about Reala though.... *hates self for relying on human stragety guides*

gonna put this one is spoiler tags I think:

when he throws fireballs and is in a vortex type wind, use dragon form, you should be able to get close enough to grab his invisable barrier, you need the other NiGHTS to latch on to, just wait for him/her and keep spamming drill dash.
When he throws tornados at you I think your forced into dolphin mode so just swinm through the clear spots in the tornados.
when he clones himself and puts big rocks in the way switch to rocket mode to get around the rocks and thru the clones, try to dodge the energy balls as much as possible.
In all of them you just need to get to his sheild, spam dash, then once you get thru, touch dash him directly.
Remember after each hit on him you need to go in the oposite direction to catch him again.
Also, go fast... if you take too long then he will just jump to his next attack phase.
